Stay before love it

Was not happy with the room they put me in when change to another room felt the same did not want to stay there the staff was great and moved me to a suit which was better. The beds were not comfortable for a hotel I was disappointed

Stayed for a concert at Casino Rama. Not a fancy place but close to restaurants and not too far from Casino

Pros: front staff very friendly.. Central location
Cons: Whole place could use some sprucing up or renovations.
Location: no comment
Very tired Hotel.. showing its age.. good central location.. Continental Breakfast is coffee and toast... no fake eggs at least. Looking for a cheap over night place to crash on a work trip then this is your Hotel. You get what you paid for.. cheap hotel..

Nice hotel

Cons: Perhaps some paint and new mistresses
Clean and well staffed but dated. It was very close to the hi way I was traveling on. There was a breakfast provided but just the minimum.

Hotel smelt terrible and the rooms even worse. Not worth the nightly rate.

Close to all amenities that we were interested in.

We booked for October 9th and 10th as we were traveling in different places in the Muskoka area and Orillia was the center point. Our first night on the 10th the beds were hard and 1 of the beds had a spring trying to poke through the mattress and wasn't able to get comfortable or get some sleep. Also was not able to adjust the air conditioning to our liking. On the 10th the beds and air conditioning were much better. They are actually working on upgrading the hotel. We like the continental breakfast supplied. It's nice to wake up and know you can grab a coffee or a glass of orange juice and a bite to eat. We stayed st this Hotel a year ago as well and were happy with it. It's not the Ritz. To sleep and shower while travelling, it's a nice place. Wasn't too happy with the girl behind the counter on the 10th. Very snooty with an I don't care attitude. Other than that we were happy.

Not sure if the cockroaches would sleep here.

The beds were sagged out spring loaded 40 year old back killers, time to replace them. The dirt and sticky grime on the entry door to the upstairs was disgusting and the doors leading into the room weren't much better ( cheap paint is not a cleaner ). Once in the room don't look up! there were SNOT BALLS hanging from the ceiling left behind by someone who has the same mentality as a monkey. Clean the place. Definitely not worth $135 a night. Stay away, book somewhere else until the can prove they have cleaned it up.

Pros: location is numero uno...
Cons: breakfast of course...
Location: casino, restaurant and the highway...
They have courteous staff and very convenient location... Breakfast should at least improved a little...

Pros: location
Cons: get rid of cigarette smoke

we were in room 301, it smelled of cigarette smoke, your rooms need to be specially cleaned to take that smell away.....................
