walls are thin between rooms. the bed was nice.the hotel is being renovated it will be nice when it gets done.

We checked in he gave us a room upstairs but then he seen that my grandmother was with me and told us to wait because he was switching our room to the first floor! Very friendly, clean room everyday. Couldn’t ask for a better place to stay!

When we arrived,it was very comforting that we had picked a motel off the main stream. It was very quite and the the view was fantastic. I found the room to be very clean,well organized and the shower was fantastic! I met the operations manager ,Mr. Patel,who was a gentleman and was very eager to ask if we needed anything. That was very refreshing?

The staff was warm and friendly. The hotel was clearly in transition being renovated which appears will be quite nice when completed. So although it was clean our bathroom could have used some new wallpaper and trim. That said...the shower was excellent. The bed was comfortable. The place was safe and comfortable and about five minutes off the highway. The place suited our purpose of getting a good night sleep while road tripping.

dirty sheets

Our room had mildew in the shower and on the ceiling of bathroom. We booked a room with 2 double beds. My bed the top blanket was made but the sheets and the mattress pad were not and did not smell clean. I called the front desk and the attendant came immediately and changed the sheets and pillow cases. However it is unacceptable that it was in this condition for me. It does look like they are remodeling the place so hopefully it gets better on the appearance.

When we arrived they didn't have the room we booked. We had to go to a different hotel I need a handicap room and it was not available even though we had booked in advanced

The staff is exceedingly Friendly and go out of their way to take care of any issues. There is coffee out in the morning but that's about it. Granted they are renovating. And it does look like they're putting together some sort of continental breakfast room. The thing that I found most unsettling was that when I checked the sheets, which is always the first thing that I do, they did not appear to have been folded therefore I couldn't tell if they were fresh or not. But I chalked it up to the fact that they probably weren't folded after they were cleaned...I hope. The other thing I noticed is that the cleaning staff may not know how to make a room presentable for a new guest. Windows were a bit grainy and it just didn't look spotless. Overall, it was acceptable.
