Very disappointing for the price we paid. Valet parking understaffed. TV in room would only play Marriott Bonvoy ad. I’ve machine on our floor didn’t work. 😡

Our stay was Great! The city view from our corner room was the best. The walk across the street to the Amway Center for the Basketball Game was even Better. We’ll surely stay again.

They were not prepared for a fully booked hotel. No rooms were ready because they let the previous night guests have a late checkout of 4pm when check in was supposed to be at 3pm. There were lines for all the elevators as well as being backed up for valet parking.

Very poor job with checkin. A line of 15-20 people for one check-in station. Elevators are worse than a rubric cube! 18th floor Bar closed at 11 even though a bunch of folks were ready to enjoy a post Springsteen concert. It took 25-30 minutes to get on the elevator only to find the bar closed. A total lack of understanding from the hotel folks. Very frustrating!

We loved the hotel, just in town for Citrus Bowl...room was on the 21st floor and on side by freeway...when we entered room we noticed 2 new pair of ear plugs and a sound machine by bed, about 11pm til 3am it seemed like fast and furious from our room, car noise horrible !! Glad we bring our own box fan on vacation..
