Great location

Pros: Definitely the location
Cons: The internet connection (wifi)
Location: Plenty of Restaurants and shops within walking distance
The staff was very helpful, the hotel is at a great location but, the internet was not working in our room and we had to call the front desk three days out of the seven days that we stayed because one day the bathtub was clogged and the other two days the cleaning people did not leave clean towels. Overall, it was a good hotel. I'll stay again.

Not at all what we expected

We were quickly checked in. Hallways dirty upstairs. As we were opening the door to our room the guest next door told us there was no hot water. Tried to call desk many times and no one answered. Went to front desk and they already know about no hot water. Elevator had a paper taped on saying 7 people at a time only. Got a refund-thank you and left. Skip this one. Needs attention!

Run don't walk....away from this "deal"

I could tell within minutes that this was going to be a unpleasant experience. Hotel staff is rude at best. Some seemed like they were hired at intersections due to the lack of skills. Room was smelly, I figured out smell when I dropped my room key behind a bureau. Elevator was inoperable. Sink would not drain. I asked if I could cancel they said no since I booked through Expedia. The lobby is filthy and the hotel has been left to dilapidated at best. I felt like I was deployed.

Housekeeping

First day...no washcloths....last no housekeeping to room....and when we returned and reported it...they brought 6 towels to my room and said no housekeeping still here.

CLOSE TO UNIVERSAL

check in very long Room nice fresh and clean Pool no towers and not to many chairs and could be much cleaner Breakfast COMPLIMENTERY TERRIBLE : no choice at all and very derty. Shuttle free for Universal ok but fill up the bus with 3 more hotel after us, AND we whear allready full :(((

Just terrible.

Luckily we only stayed one night. The room was large, which was the only bonus. The room smelled like smoke and there were stains on the carpet and bedding. The bathroom was not very clean and there was about a 1/2 roll of toilet paper and 1 bath towel, 1 mat, and 1 washcloth for a family of four. I called the front desk for towels and no one answered. I walked down to the desk and asked for towels and they were supposed to be delivered to our room but never arrived. The beds were horribly uncomfortable. One was really hard and one way to soft. There was no bar/restaurant. The pool was huge but there were no towels and we asked for some, but never got any so the kids couldn't swim because we didn't even have towels in the room to use. It was just a terrible visit and I would never stay here again.

Pros: Good location, room size
Cons: Standard of beds and pillows
Location: Near the Orlando Eye and good restaurants
The stay was good however the beds very creaky and in need of updating (1 bed had a hole in the middle), the pillows were lumpy, cups did not replaced. On checkout day, even though it was 1200 checkout, we were asked before 0900 by the room attendant what time we would be leaving and then also had several knocks on the room door to also ask. The location was very good opposite the Orlando Eye and serveral good restaurants within walking distance.

Staff on radios. Language barriers. No towels in room. Staff walked into my room without knocking.
