Worst Experience Ever

Management is the absolute worst!!! I arrived at 4pm on Friday, April 7th (my 30th Birthday) and was ready to check in. I waited in a lengthy line of what seemed like very angry people. When I got to the counter, I was told Expedia cancelled my reservation, which ended up being a complete lie. They claimed it was Expedias fault as they overbooked them and there was nothing they can do (mind you this was after a $50 Uber ride from the airport and a 9 hour flight). They were as unfriendly and unforgiving as anyone I've ever worked with - and I spent years as a front desk agent in Vegas so I know how it goes. Expedia called them to figure it out and the manager hung up on her! Then I listed to that same manager tell a customer, who had the same thing happen to him, to 'get the hell out of her face.'
The worst part is, every single customer I saw who got beligerant and was screaming in the lobby ended up with a room. I'm not that kind of person - but it's unfortunate to see that this property rewards their behavior while telling us more reasonable people to hit the road. I have never hated a place this much and that manager was the worst I've ever, ever seen.
Expedia should remove them from their site and refuse to sell their rooms.
