The property was great. I did have trouble checking in due to my reservation not showing in their system. The representative at Aloft took time to search me in a different portal and was able to locate my reservation. Apparently it wasn't sent over from Expedia. But nonetheless I enjoyed my stay.

When we arrived our room was in the back of the hotel front desk moved us to the front so we could see the fireworks from Magic Kingdom from our room customer service is great extremely clean hotel very quiet beds are comfortable overall very great stay only downfall is no shuttle to Magic Kingdom and no restaurant on site

This is a very quiet, safe hotel in a great location. It's close to shopping and many restaurants. We love that Aloft is dog friendly!

This is a very clean and quiet hotel in a great location. FYI- You have to put your key card in a slot by the door to operate the lights in the room.

The staff at Aloft Lake Buena Vista made the visit great. They were able to support during a delayed flight by making sure that our room was ready and full of all amenities necessary for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed our stay.
