Great location, new facilities.

Facilities seemed new and clean. Lobby and sundry shop were excellent. Room was very spacious however bathroom fixtures were of very low quality( shower booth door would not close, tile finish badly done etc). Cleaning was never thorough, bed sheets were not changed in some days, a lot of dust on lamps and furniture. Since is by highway, noise from cars was annoying at night.

Location: Good location
Very slow service at the reception. When ordering through Expedia, it was stated that the breakfast is included. The hotel said that the breakfast is at an additional cost. The room is large and beautiful, but very noisy. Good shower.

Walking distance to Disney Springs

My husband and I were very satisfied with our stay. The room was clean and the hotel employee (Junior), was very pleasant to work with. Our kids enjoyecd the pool and kids center. We will definitely be back for our future weekend getaways.

Cold, noisy bedrooms

The A/C machine noise was terrible and didn't work. I guess the windows were not in good condition because the air came in the bedroom, terrible night. The food in the restaurant was terrible (sorry) and expensive.

comfortable hotel close to parks

Pros: The Hotel is clean and comfortable andclose to parks, dinning and shopping
Cons: Outdoor smoking area was uncomfortable and inconsiderate of quests that smoked.
We had a short stay and the room was clean and comfortable. The Hotel is close to parks, dinning and shopping. Outdoor smoking area was uncomfortable and inconsiderate of quests that smoked.

The hotel is great, very clean, friendly stuff i would definately recoment it. Only 10 min away from Disney

Dis gusting hotel

There were bugs crawling over everything. The resort fee is a joke, because there were no resort amenities at all. The spa if you call it that was seriously lacking. I would not recommend this to my worst enemy.

Nice hotel

I only stay for a day. The hotel was clean, modern and walking distance to downtown Disney. There a shuttle bus to take you to Disney world. It leaves every 30 minutes.
