Stayed at this hotel years ago and my stay was exceptional. This time was not as great. My initial room was very nice. Only problem was the heater didn’t work. Turned it on when I first arrived. Three hours later and my room was freezing. It was near 60 degrees and dropping. I was switched to a different room and that room was just ok. Nothing special. The restaurant downstairs was just ok also as they were short staffed. My stay years ago was much better than my recent stay.

Only issue was the refurbishment of half the property which resulted in use of one elevator but other than that staff were GREAT & resort and room were very clean

The room we had was quiet & clean. Good place for our one night stay. Walkable to Disney Springs. Would have been nice if they had a soda machine to get a drink without going to the hotel restaurant or next door. I would stay again.

WiFi didn't work from the room and there was only one elevator working but we knew the hotel was under construction. Rooms were clean and bed was comfortable. Front desk and valet were all very nice. Would stay again.

Bed and pillows were the most uncomfortable I've ever had. Both of us have neck and back issues and had a terrible time sleeping and woke up in horrible pain and it ruined the rest of our trip

Everything was great, I was having a trouble when checking in because of an incident the guy upfront was new he didn’t know much but the lady that was with her handle the situation and they figured it out together I love a great team work. The only thing I didn’t like was the fact that I had to pay for parking that caught me off guard but other than that everything was great from customer service to my stay. I pray that you guys continue to grow.

My finance and I came to Orlando for a 4 night getaway. B resort was close to Disney, Universal and all other attractions which was amazing for a quick walk to eat, shop or explore. Our room was a ‘premium view’ which left much to be desired as we were staring at roof top AC units rather than anything view worthy. We were able to catch the Disney fireworks at 9pm in the distance. I was very unimpressed with the cleanliness for the price .. our bed sheets were stained before we crawled in - thankfully I brought another blanket as it was 3am when we arrived. The shower had hair stuck to the walls and white soap scum all over the floor tiles. The sink tap had black mould around the edges. For renovated rooms we were underwhelmed and disappointed to say the least. The staff was good for those who we did interact with during our stay. We are not complainers but the check out staff didn’t even bother asking how our room or stay was. We were charged 25$/daily for parking .. pretty steep seeing as the pool area isn’t even usable. Waiving the resort fee was nice but not enough to bring us back .. Great food at American Kitchen and the service was excellent there - we recommend trying it out for breakfast or dinner ! Overall, I can’t give the hotel any more than 3 stars. We’ll check out another location when we return.

The stay and the staff were amazing. The staff were genuinely pleasant and made the stay so comfortable. Ana and Jessica were just 2 of the names that I could remember at the front desk BUT they were all amazing. Anytime we needed assistance with something they helped out quick and with no problem. My family and I loved it there so much that we even extended our stay for an additional 2 days! The hotel was beautiful. When we arrived Greg unloaded the car and helped us up to our room while giving us some great recommendations on places and parks to visit. Super nice guy. The room service staff was so sweet and friendly as well. I mean I could really go on and on about how amazing our stay was. Highly recommended for families! This was our first time coming to Disney and staying in a Hotel instead of renting a house and I will say that I am extremely happy with my hotel choice.

Very nice hotel. The pool was being remodeled but we could use the one on hotel next door. Rooms very clean and spacious. Staff very nice and helpful. Walking distance to Disney Spring (this was great)! Transportation to the Disney parks on time and very nice. Definitely would stay here again.
