We also disclose our office hours. The virtual agent has the capability to manage emergencies and guest concerns 24 hours.

I must point out that the agent at the kiosk is a human in real time not a robot. they are also trained and provide great customer service. Dear Stefania, Thank you for your feedback. Upon checking tour records the room was used and you stayed for several hours which caused the full charged for the night. We are a hotel with an outdoor pool so guest using the facilities may walk around without a top on. We pride on providing our guest a safe environment as most of our visitors are families with small children.
