Close to airport

Rooms are in rough shape, not worth more than $80 a night.

Do not stay here if you have an early flight as the shuttle cannot be arranged before 5 am. (Our flight was 6:15 to Canada so we had to pay $24 U.S. To get to the airport) The shuttle does go to the hotels earlier on either side of this hotel so we felt Best Western did not try on our behalf for an exception. Our flight was switched last minute from 7 am to 6:15 am. Otherwise a great experience.

Pros: clean and spacious
Used as a stop over hotel but it was nice enough that we would have been happy to extend our stay.

Pros: Hottub...............
Cons: nothing
Location: We were in Melbourne Beach, Fla.. Went to Downtown Melbourne for the Irish day festivities, up to Daytona for a day for Bike week.
This was a 70th birthday present for my wife and it was fantastic. The ocean view room was that and more. The staff were so pleasant and helpful. I had ordered a special flower delivery and we were out, but when we came back and my wife walked into the room and they had placed the flowers in the room and she was so surprised, thank you.The morning brunch was always hot and plentiful and our server Ashley was so nice and gave us over the top service. We mentioned our problem with not having any quarters for our first run in with the Florida road system. We had plenty paper money but not one quarter to be found. The next morning she made sure she had put extra quarters in here pocket to give to us. She put your hotel on the top of our list. Thank You

First and LAST stay ever at the hotel. Rommdoor broken Air Conditioning very loud Shower/Tub dripped nonstop. Enough to form rust ring around drain

Bathroom & Food

The toilet and tub were together in a room and the sink was by itself outside the room. A good idea except the room with the toilet and tub was very cramped. Around the sink there wasn't much space to put toiletries etc. Ate breakfast there. The scrambled eggs were good. The gravy for the biscuits and gravy was more like water and biscuits. I wasn't thick like it should be. The coffee I had looked like coffee but it was difficult to tell by the taste that it WAS coffee. The price was in the $150's. For the above reasons the price shouldn't be over $100 and more like $80's or $90's

Excessive noise due to unruly guests and poor quality windows. Requests for location of room were ignored.

Expected better!

The check-in individual was abrupt and short while checking us in. There was hair in the bathroom sink. The bathroom was extremely cramped. The walls are super thin - we could hear everything outside and when someone above us flushed the toilet, it was very loud. The heater/ac unit made horrible noises. Selection for breakfast was good but tasteless. We were happy to check out the next morning.
