We were attending an event at the Convention Center and this hotel was located well for a pleasant 20 minute walk. Staff was friendly and professional. Breakfast was centered around bagels which we greatly enjoyed. We would return to this hotel.

The location was good, however, the staff was very rude , front desk has a terrible service. In addition to the horrible service , they make you wait over an hour to check in because you have to call the property owners in order for them to give you access to the door . They don’t send any emails ahead of time of arrival. Front desk service is horrible.

Walkable to the convention center and Affordable! They are going through repairs so bottom floor is empty but it will be great when is all done. A huge plaza nearby with lots of restaurant that you can walk to. Staff was excellent and friendly .

Front desk did not help with people in the hallway at 3:00 am, when I called front desk, i was told a big group checked in and it takes time to go in their rooms. This was after an hour in the hallway, no one from front desk came to check and this was in the first floor. I am not sure if I will stay there again and i have stayed there before.

Shower drain didn’t work. Sink leaked. Room didn’t smell the best. Stale bagels for breakfast, no fruit or cereal. If you wanted cereal it was $4 and you would also have to purchase milk. Stay in a lot of Hiltons, won’t be back to this one.

Everything at this property is very good except for the breakfast. The staff who checked us in was very friendly. We arrived early, but she found an available room and allowed us to check-in early. However, there were only bagels, yogurts, muffins, orange juice, and coffee for breakfast. There's a microwave available in the dinning room, so that's convenient. Coffee and tea are available all day long.

The hotel is nice but under renovations, which is understandable. The rooms are small with double beds so I wouldn’t recommend for a family but they would be great for one or two single persons. The beds were comfortable and the room was quiet and clean. The breakfast was barely a continental so that was disappointing. Most people see Hilton and expect a hot breakfast or at least a decent selection of pantry type items. Also, we booked on Expedia and there’s nothing mentioned about what the breakfast is like. Let’s be real, most people aren’t going to the Hilton website for breakfast information if they are booking on a travel website.

my only issue was parking, IF you are there before 8 parking is ok,but any later it was a little cramped, there was a area,more like a filed in the back half of property but was dark and felt a little sketchy to trust, but other than that awesome stay,, 2nd time staying and will be back :-)

The property is safe, clean and mostly quiet except for emergency vehicles going by several times during the night. There were many noises in the room/walls. There were no cups in the room. There was no coffee at the Continental breakfast. Overall not a bad experience but it could be improved upon.

Upon check in we were told no amenities would be provided including breakfast. The only reason we booked with this hotel was for the breakfast. They claimed they emailed about it, I did not receive a single email stating this. In fact when I got the email that the hotel was changing I called to make sure everything work my reservation was still good and was assured it would all be the same. It was not. Not only was there no food provided but there were no microwaves to heat up purchase food. And we had to keep everything in the fridge due to ants, I spent a small fortune on some food and it was covered in ants after a nights sleep. The construction they were doing was loud and banging could be heard all night, when I called to ask if the desk for help on this matter, on a weeknight at 10:30pm!! He said “yea I can hear it too but I don’t know where it’s coming from”. Most morning we were greeted by the toxic smell of paint fumes. The elevator was is complete disarray. And with the exception of 2, the front desk staff were extremely rude. The only nice thing I can say is that the beds were comfortable

I liked how close it was to the OCCC. However, the entire place is being remodeled. It seems they finished the 4th and 3rd floors. But everything else was being painted and renovated. This made the continental breakfast unavailable, no business center. Just the lobby and your room. On the plus side everything was brand new in the rooms--bed, bathrooms so very clean. So, if you got things planned to do outside the hotel it is a great place. I would return

Worst hotel experience ever
So I show up to check in at 11pm and out of nowhere (no advance notice) they tell me that they’re renovating and need to send me to a cheaper hotel down the street. I have to provide my own Uber transportation to this alternate hotel which is not within walking distance of the convention center, and find the new hotel to be smelly, noisy and very unclean. The carpets and sofa were stained, I could hear traffic from outside and arguments next door, and the water in my room would not heat. I checked out the following day because it was intolerable but best western would not refund me for the second night I had booked. I normally can put up with a lot, but this was just unacceptable behavior. Ended up switching to the Rosen inn down the street which was not only cheaper, but cleaner, very walkable and staff were very accommodating. If you are considering the is best western I would highly recommend this other hotel instead

When I arrived at hotel I was told to go to different hotel because of renovation. Front desk told me they had told it to travel agency 2 weeks before, I guess it should be hotels.com, but I had never received email nor call. If you want to stay Best Western in Orlando, choose another Best Western, which is 5 minutes away from the hotel.

We ran into some unforeseen issues with our renovation and had to close multiple floors. We did not hear from you so we moved your reservation. We apologize we did not meet your expectations.
