The hotel was great the only thing I would have liked to see was the pool area and water a little cleaner but other than that the hotel was amazing

Pros: location and room lay out
Location: Congo River golf at entrance to resort , easy access to major routes and restraunts
Stayed 5 days 4 nights , appliances are like new , room is clean , and plenty of room for everyone to have privacy , needed extra towels and blankets , room service was there quikly without bugging them

Adequate resort, no frills.

Pros: Next to Grocery Store, Sits back from the main road, Felt safe, 15 mins from Disney
Cons: Better customer service, keeping the rooms stocked, having a toaster in the rooms.

The price was right for having 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a full kitchen. The pool and hot tubs were good. I would consider this a mid level resort. It lacked a lot of nice touches however. The front desk staff always seemed overwhelmed anytime I had a question or concern. We had no pots and pans and I requested them yet no one ever brought any. I had to go to the front desk about 12 hours later and they then had to search for any to give me. We didn't have maid service a couple days so the trash was never taken out which was overflowing under the kitchen sink. I let the front desk know about this. They acted very confused but then didn't have anyone immediately come service our room. I had to keep going to the front desk for dishwasher soap as the maid would never leave any. The hotel is right next to a super Target so it's close to getting groceries. There is no toaster in the room FYI. Overall no major complaints and the price was right but I wouldn't stay here again. The customer service wasn't great and the attention to detail was lacking.

Just perfect for a visit to Orlando

Pros: Proximity to parks, quiet, relax atmosphere. Big rooms, space.
Cons: Restaurant on premise is not good. Not much people working there, we saw 2. Very simple food, lot of things not cooked but just warmed up.
Location: Better side of Kissimmee, Disney 10 minutes, Universal 25 minutes.
My son and I needed a place to stay to visit the parks. A house was too big, a hotel room for a week, not so convenient, as my son prefers his own room. So we had a common living room with view on the lake. internet was very fast (although 2 times it broke down for a short period) so we were able to see the European Championship matches. Very good and big quality flatscreen tv. As we have not the same taste as the restaurants served in the area, everything was there to cook. Coffee pads were also delivered every day. Room was cleaned every day. In general more then satisfying, but we saw it also depended who was in charge. Although the place was perfect, the living room was a bit on the dark side, so we had to put the lights on, more then we cared for.

Stayed at the 2 bedroom villa. It was very roomey and comfortable. Would definetely consider staying here again.

Hard to find

If you check in during afternoon, you should not have any problem finding it. But if you a Dr e checking late in the evening, may drive around for a but to look for the path to enter the hotel.

This location is very safe and family friendly. The front office is very nice and updated, but the villas are older and worn. I would pay a few more bucks and upgrade my selection.

No housekeeping

Looks good. Housekeeping stinks they failed to change sheets during our 1 week stay. Also left dirty laundry from other rooms in our villa.
