Nice hotel but bad beds

Hotel was very nice and clean. But the beds were like sleeping on a brick wall.

Great location

Nice, clean condo. Staff was friendly, grounds were clean. Wish there was a change machine in laundry room, staff wasn't thrilled to give me quarters for laundry. Our family of 5 would stay there again.

Clean, comfortable beds, lots of room, great ameni

Pros: Good location and priced well.
Cons: It would be nice to have a free continental breakfast on the first morning if not everyday of a stay.
Location: Close to Disney and Universal. Shopping and family friendly restaurants nearby.
Check in was easy. Villa was comfortable, clean and large. Close to attractions. Shopping near by. Well manicured grounds. Pool and hot tub were great. The flowers and boardwalk added to the ambiance.

Great condo for families!

Our family loved the location to the Disney parks (10-15 min drive). This condo was in good condition...a bit dated but no big deal at all. Pool was very nice and the grounds were ideal for our 4 kiddos to play and not feel cooped up We would definitely go back to this location!!

Good Stay

Pros: Busy but quiet at night
Cons: Rooms need some upgrading, but it was good for the price
Location: 30 mins from Orlando Airport, 10 mins from Disney. Many Stores and Restaurants near by
Check in was quick and easy, I got the room I asked for. Staff cleaned room daily. Pool area was decent. Bar and restaurant were nice to have onsite. Target and other stores were right next door to hotel. 1 out of three tvs didn't work, Staff was working on it. If you not from the area, its a little hart to find, but its next to Target.

Great deal for families!

Great location, updated rooms, 2 bedrooms and a pullout couch! Great for families traveling together to Disney! Lots of shipping nearby.

I had a problem with late check out where I was billed and I shouldnt have been....What started as an unpleasant experience was COMPLETELY turned around by Management (Tammy). She gave me a personal phone call to apologize for my inconvenience and Completely rectified the situation. Tammy is an Awesone addition to the staff here! She was so pleasant to speak to. I have absolutely NO complaints and will DEFINITELY visit again. Thank You

Perfect place it's like home away from home

Pros: 2 floor room, full kitchen, 2 bathrooms quiet and nice pool area
Cons: the shower in one of the bathroom was not working.
Location: Everything neer, Target, restaurants, stores, disneyworld
Evertything went smoothly, we were all very satisfied with the hotel. It was really everything that was described.

Misleading.....Deceptive....Rip Off

Advertised as "Free Late Check Out" but later charged 68$ for 1pm checkout......When questioning the charges I was told by management "Thats something Expedia does to Sell Rooms.....so you need to ask them for your refund...."......I also had Black Mold growing in the shower ceiling"........Make Sure You Read The Fine Print when making purchases.....I feel completely scammed by this.
