Last minute Orlando trip

Hotel was great, but the key cards they gave me didn't work. Left one with my son that I used to get into my room, and when we came back at 5:00 am, the one I kept for myself would not open the door. So I had to go back to the front desk to get a new one, due to an improper coding. When I told the guy my key didn't work at 5 am, he didn't say anything like, "oh, I'm sorry let me help you with that", or "Sorry for the inconvenience" , or anything. He just made me another one and handed it to me. Seemed rude to me. I was really tired, we had been up all night, the hurricane had taken out our power and we decided to head to Orlando to play Pokémon Go to relieve the stress. But we caught the 'Mon, and we got a few hours of sleep. So it was OK. Just would have preferred an apology for having to drive all the way to the office for a key as our room was in the back of the complex.
