We had bugs in the bathroom and roaches in the kitchen. The facility is outdated and needs a makeover.

We take every alleged bug claim extremely serious and if an insect is spotted, will proactively move the guest to another unit after it too has been inspected. After which we will alert our pest control professionals to determine what type of insect has been spotted so they can properly treat any possible infected areas. More importantly, our pest control professionals conduct quarterly inspections of the property in order to catch, isolate and treat any potential bug incidents so that our guests are not exposed to the threat. Please know that they are often times introduced to an environment from guests, traveling in or on luggage, and most often are cross contaminated during travel. It is Florida so yes, they do get in the units at times. I do hope you were offered a room move or someone to come and spray the unit when you reported seeing any bugs.
The units have an ongoing update schedule. we have put in new TV's, wifi, new mattresses, soft goods in the bedrooms and more.
I apologize again for the problems, and thank you for taking the time to let me know about it. Without your guest feedback we cannot continue to improve our services.
