Nice hotel but they will give away your room when you check in and down grade you from what you paid for. Better options elsewhere. No room service during stay

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback of your most recent stay at our resort. We are disappointed to hear that we failed to meet your expectations this trip and will take the feedback you have shared to ensure this is not a recurrence. It was unfortunate we had to move a few units due to an oversold issue, but did try to accommodate each guest . We do, however, appreciate the feedback provided so that we can improve our service moving forward.
