Great Place, Very nice ammenities

This was a great place to stay for the convention I was attending. The room was very nice and the staff was great. I was surprised that there was no daily room service but it didn't bother me. Also, it was a little hard for the Uber drivers to find the pickup spot in front of the main lobby. The address they post is for a building up front on the property.

Great place for a family.

The place was very comfortable and convenient to everything we wanted to do. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment and had a good supply of cleaning supplies.

Horrible room for the amount being charged never

Horrible room for the amount being charged never again it was a nightmare I can't believe the amount of hours I gotta spend in order to check in unbelievable a mirror inside room almost fell on top of my 2 year old daughter it was horrible

Overall, it’s okay. We stayed in the three bed room unit and the facility was rather old. The dryer made horrible sound and didn’t work. The staff at the guest service desk was very friendly and the maintenance crew was kind. The check in process could be more streamlined as a visit to concierge didn’t add any additional benefit. It just took more time for guests to check in especially when the concierge didn’t have the correct information. The location is convinient and swimming pools are nice, but I am not sure whether I will make the same choice next time. The area has many good resorts for the similar price.

Needs Help

Pros: The units are spacious. The staff are great but poorly equipped to handle maintenance and other issues related to underfunded systems.
Cons: A property management team that has the same skills, budget and influence as it appears sales and new construction does.
Location: The location is decent but nothing is within a comfortable walking distant.
The property has the potential to be a 4 but based on it current condition it is a 2. It appears no expense has been spared on sales but maintenance is lacking. Systems are not functional. It is not an Ascend property.

21/2 to 3 Star property definitely not an Ascend

Pros: Staff Close to grocery store (Publix) Close to an Outlet Mall. Not bad for a location to Disney.
Cons: The buildings, rooms, contents and appliances are tired and have been neglected from a maintenance perspective. Focus and funds towards that
Location: Disney World, Universal, Sea World, Disney Springs
The staff are wonderful.. The building we are in is old and tired. Maintenance has gotten away on them and they are crimping on funds to catch up. They focus on their Time Share operation and they seem not spare anything there. When we checked in only one of four elevators in our 14 floor building was working. It took over 20 minutes getting to our room. Spacious 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartment condos however the units and contents are tired. We booked through Expedia so the price was good and as a result the value is fair.
