Great Resort!

Great stay. My family stayed for a trip to Disney and Seaworld. The room looked exactly like the photos and we even had a jacuzzi in one of the bedrooms, which we didn't expect. It was very clean and we enjoyed the pool. Although this is a timeshare, our vacation was not interrupted by numerous sales calls. We were only asked once at check in and declined. We were minutes away from the outlets, Disney World and Seaworld. I also liked the fact that they had a dominoes pizza on site, it took 20 minutes to have our pizza delivered. I will recommend this resort to others and we will also stay there again if we ever travel to Orlando again.

We were placed in an old outdated building

The room we stayed in was not very clean the carpet was filthy the beds were hard, coffee maker didn't work and continuously bothered you on the phone to go to a meeting to try and sell you a timeshare.

We were booked for a 2-br unit for 4 days. We used hotels.com rewards for the booking. I am a frequent traveler, and I always (until now anyway) book through hotels.com. I now have to rethink this relationship. I arrived at this resort on a Saturday and was told that because of a fire, the resort was overbooked. Obviously, this excuse was not true, but I let it go and figured hotels.com would be able to help me. I was given a number to call and a case#. I believe this number was the expedia (hotels.com's parent) relocation number. After waiting on hold for 20 minutes, someone from expedia responded that they found a room--a one room (2 queen) 360 SF unit at a Hilton property. This was not at all comparable to what I booked, so I responded that this was unaceptable. I then expressed my displeasure to the management at the bluegreen property, who ultimately did find me a 1 BR unit at the resort. I am happy that they were able to accommodate us; I wish they would have been upfront. We did like the resort. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and spacious. The resort amenities and location were good. The food at the poolside grill was quite good. I am very disappointed that hotels.com was unable to help a frequent customer, but bluegreen vacations redeemed itself.

Property was very nice but had issues with them billing me when the room was paid for through hotels.com Got it resolved, but was an inconvenience.

4 Fun nights

Our stay at Bluegreen was great. The grounds are very nice and clean. Our rooms the same! They do ask about going to there time share seminars but we just said we were not interested and that was it. No pressure which was very nice. Our beds were comfy, even the couch sofa bed was not bad. Everything we needed was in our room and the one night we were cold we just called the front desk and they had someone run over more comforters.!! The pools are very nice and having an indoor pool was a bonus since it was chilly. At the indoor pool there is a bar, steam sauna and a dry sauna. Just outside was a hot tub. All very clean and perfect temperatures. Lots of loungers and tables/chairs. Dominos Pizza on the resort was a bonus. The only down fall was our condo was ground level (building 3) was right beside the "pool house" where all the pool pumps and filters are. Unfortunately we really could not sit on our patio and have a conversation. The grounds are gated so also very safe. Close to all Disney attractions (maybe minute drive)
