The Unit was VERY OUTDATED/OLD I’ve stayed here before like about 10 years ago and absolutely nothing was changed. The outside of the building needs a good pressure washing the furniture needed to be dusted. The bathroom vanity/shower desperately needs to be replaced

The salt water pool is heated. The mattresses were lumpy, shower in master bath wasn't useable, carpet is worn, ice dispenser stuck. In need of some updating but overall was a good value. Front desk people were great and super helpful.

For me, It is time to move on.
well, I have been staying at this property for years and sadly it seems to have been "let go". Carpets were stained the ceiling was stained from water damage. If you look closely at the wall behind the toilet paper you would more than likely feel sick. We went to use the dishwasher before we left and that leaked water all over the floor. there seem to be light switches everywhere that don't do anything. You can hear dripping in the ceilings. The rooms are very outdated my computer monitor is bigger than the Tv's supplied in the bedrooms. This place is in a prime location and is rather cheap and it would once again be a great place to take your family if it were updated and deep cleaned. The employees however were very nice security was very friendly giving you a smile and a wave every time you left or entered the property. Now I was called from staff asking how the stay was the night before we checked out, but I was at a restaurant so I was short with her and was expecting to give all this information to the staff member at the desk the next morning, however when it was time for checkout I stood at the desk for a few minutes until I finally knocked on the desk rather than waiting for the employee to be done playing on her phone to notice me, then she crossed my name out and told me to drop my key cards in the basket and no questions were asked about the stay nor was their further conversation so I left. So sadly I think this was my last stay at the Caribe Cove resort.

Amazing , love how easy was to check in the rooms are super clean and great for big families . Love that it has space between the kids and the grow ups . I would recommend that you take groceries . The are have restaurants but if you go to the parks when you come back the only place open is McDonald. But the property is amazing cant wait to stay there again .

Needed updated mattresses.
Everything was amazing, other than the mattresses. They really skipped quality and comfort on those in the unit we stayed in. Terrible spring mattresses, maybe 2inches thick. Comparable to hospital cots. 😬 LOVED the pool and spa. Definitely nice relaxing there this weekend. We will visit again.

My family of six loved our stay. The residence was much bigger than I expected, with the bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen all being very spacious, and with high ceilings. Three rooms have balconies; the one in the master bedroom is huge and includes patio furniture and chairs. (We ate breakfast out there.) Plus, since they are completely screened in, we were able to leave the balcony door open all night in the bedroom with no fear of bugs. Also, the pool is beautiful. My kids loved it. We'll definitely return!

The 3 bedroom we stayed in was clean, nice, and made my vacation extra nice!! Balcony from 2 bedrooms and living room. Cable TV, WiFi, so to sum it up, home away from home! This last minute booking turned out to be perfect! I didn’t want to leave.

Speedy check in. Staff were very courteous & professional. Location is accessible from multiple roadways & surrounded by numerous of restaurants and Stores to shop at. Guests who stayed there during our 3 day stay were very polite. Overall this will be our permanent vacation spot.

The communication with property was very easy and they answer any questions you have. The unique things about the apt was the size it was big apt. When it comes cleanliness I would give 2 out of 10 so disappointed because the apt had carpet it was so dirty, when you enter it so stinky. Also in the shower the water was blocked, to be honest apt if they maintain cleanliness and renovate the carpet and some other stuff.

I liked the aesthetic feeling of the decor in the condo, as well as all the personal amenities provided. What I did not like was that the front door did not close and lock properly, as well as the master bedroom door did not have a proper door lock. And the living room carpet had a few wet spots the night we checked in and was still wet the morning of Checkout.

We enjoyed our stay, the property was clean and very welcoming. Although I agree that some of the furniture inside the unit is dated, it didn’t take away from the functionality. We will be staying again. Quite and clean are the two descriptions that come to mind.

Our stay was good. The rooms were clean and spacious. Room temperatures easily regulated. The furniture looked a little worn, in need of replacement but other then that, we were fine. The beds were also too hard, but we used the extra pillows & linens to help make layers on the mattresses.

Overall the property was very nice. The condo had some issues. The carpet needed cleaning. The ceiling fan didn't work. The dishwasher wasn't attached and was very hard to get started. The TV had problems with the screen. The HVAC system could not be adjusted. None of these problems were so bad that we couldn't live there, they were just annoying.

The resort is outdated. The TV’s are from the early 90’s. The furniture is old as well. Their Buss. Center is outdated and their printer does not print wirelessly! The white sheets that were on my bed, had several stains on them Despite that, the worst part was that the staff is not willing to help you!
