Good check in, nice staff received a free late check out. Cons : no parking, outdated furniture and kitchen,wall paper peeling, old carpet, but most inportant dirty hot tub and shower other peoples hair everywhere not happy. Not worth the almost $400 I paid.

We were a party of 5. When we took a shower we had only 4 towels that we had to share. At 3 am the door of the AC felt waking up my kids and myself. My daughter used the sleeper sofa and she didn’t have a blanket, we called and they came more than an hour later. My room keys were not working and when I went to the lobby I had to wait on line for about 15 minutes to get them fixed (almost midnight and the kids were tired). The pool is very nice and the amenities are good.

Great hotel, great pool & restaurants. Hotel should think twice about the woman selling to jets etc in the lobby of tower 1. She asked if we were thinking of going to theme parks, when we said yes that we would come back once settled into our room. When we returned she tried selling us timeshare type of thing, said that we have done many of these before & are not interested thank you, she did not mention theme parks to us this time. Once we told her we were not interested she slammed her books shut & said that she cannot help us further have a great day. This does not reflect greatly on the hotel I’m afraid, basically same result from woman at reception & we then purchased our tickets from Caribes reception girl herself. Hotel should look at this waste of people’s time!

sopa sleeper was sunken in the middle old sopa stained mattress woke up everyday with back ache
