Eww, the price paid not worth the hotel.

When I arrived, I was expecting to see a resort when I arrived, but actually it looked like a renovated motel. I've stayed at way better hotels than this. Motel 6 looked way better and luxurious than this. I checked in at around 8:30pm-9:00pm. The guest services were nice. I didn't like the fact about the surprise deposit fee of $50 at check in, it is refunded. I didn't like the fact that they show you a map of how to get to your room. If you're room is not in the main court where the first pool is, you will wonder in circles trying to find your room. My room was on the outside near the parking lot, away from all the activities that take place for children. Had walk a mile to that. Water park was cool, that was the only great thing. Room had a broken radiator, it worked but the vents were broken and taking a shower was horrible, the water would fill up and take for ever to drain. Saw a roach on the coffee table, it moved too fast, couldn't get a picture. Only other good things was the location. The "resort " is located Near a variety of restaurants(ihop, tgifridays, McDonald's, etc). I wouldn't stay here again, only if they "resort" gave me a free room, free breakfast, lunch dinner and free passes to the water park .
