Even though the hotel was being renovated it was still clean and easy to access everything. The complimentary breakfast was nice, although it could have used a little more variety in some things like maybe a change of choices in muffins or yogurts each day. The staff was welcoming and helpful during our stay. The location of the hotel was very convenient for getting to all the places we needed to during our stay.

The breakfast was great. They had mickey waffles and enough space for everyone. The room was spacious. However, there hotel was not super clean but well maintained. The roomsdefinitely need to be updated. Some things were updated but the curtains and lamps were not. The hotel also did not have any wifi. Location was great.

The hotel was currently undergoing renovations, but that did not detract much from what we needed in our stay, The pool was unfortunately closed due to renovations, but reopened the day we checked out and was being cleaned and looked very nice and inviting. We had one small issue with cleanliness of our room when we checked in (some hair on the shower wall, and also a burnt out lightbulb), but the night manager immediately offered to move us when we brought it to her attention. We declined because we already unpacked our family of 5, and requested housekeeping just come clean the tub while we went to dinner. We came back to a clean bathroom and all lights working as expected. The complimentary breakfast was AWESOME! While it was basic hotel breakfast (waffles, eggs, sausage, muffins, etc.), it was all very fresh and high quality, and plenty of it. I really need to know about those southwestern eggs! The price point, amenities, friendly, helpful staff, and proximity to Disney will have me looking to book future reservations here, and we have AP's for Disney World, so that might be pretty often!

The hotel is under construction and is being updated. Front was was very friendly and gave excellent customer service. Breakfast was not so good. The staff seemed bothered and didn’t replace the food.

Lisa the manager & her staff are amazing! I stay here every month and love it. Breakfast is good, beds are comfortable and we always enjoy it. Very close to Disney. The hotel is in the middle of a remodel right now but it’s no problem and still a great place to be. My home away from home in Orlando.
