Nice place to stayPosted Oct 2, 2015
Pros: Comfort and size of the rooms.
Cons: Softer towels in the bathrooms
Location: During the times we stayed here it has only been for a night or two while visiting my son down in college in Lake Wales.
This will be our second time staying at this hotel while visiting my son in Lake Wales. The rooms are a nice size and the beds & pillows are very comfortable. They offer a hot/cold breakfast which for my family we can't complain. Even thought this hotel does not have anything fancy to offer like a 4/5 star hotel would have I still would rate it a 4 staff for the comfort and safety. We will stay again in the future for sure.

Cross Roads HotelPosted Sep 12, 2015
Pros: The room is clean and comfortable and have small fridge and microwave and free WIFI.
Cons: Better service from hotel staff, particularly front desk. Better food varieties at breakfast
Location: Few dining places and some shops and gas stations, and major highways
Although we have requested a quite room in our online booking two months prior to our arrival, we were given a noisy room next to a major highway. After several requests and follow ups with the front desk staff we were given another room with less noise. The breakfast was acceptable with limited selection, however, the common dining room is very small and crowded. The hotel is located on an intersection of two major highways, and relatively far from major attractions. Also, one of the morning front desk staff C is inexperienced and unhelpful.

Pleasant StayPosted Sep 3, 2015
I have a pleasent stay since the hotel is close to the attraction areas. The room was clean and comfortable with good breakfast. However the hotel location is between two major highways and sound of passing cars could be annoying to a light sleeper.

Best hotel on highway 27Posted Aug 22, 2015
This is the best hotel in the area, forget the fact that it is a comfort suites if you go to another hotel you are wasting your time and money. If you plan on going to legoland, Bok Gardens or any other attraction in the davenport, Dundee, lake Wales area I highly recommend this jewel. The breakfast is amazing the staff is grade a and the GM Ms. Rodriguez is the gradient behind all of its success!

Always enjoy my stay herePosted Aug 17, 2015
Pros: Good stay and good price
Location: Disney parks
I have stayed here over 5 times already and always happy with the experience. We did ask for a complementary toiletry item which they did not have...but oh well.

Room looks updated, but cleanliness left a lot to be desired. There was a couple of bugs in the bed. Sugar ants in the bathroom and hair long hair (not ours) on a pillow. Breakfast was good though.

You get what you pay forPosted Jul 22, 2015
This is a truck stop hotel. It's not far from Disney, but it is off the tourist path. It's a very basic place to stay, if that doesn't bother you than you will be fine. Rooms noisy, can hear neighbor sneeze and open a soda can. Rooms and hallways not very clean, carpets dirty. the free breakfast is terrible, food quality poor, no coffee cream and breakfast room way too small. Spend the extra money and stay elsewhere!

Our stay for USSS Elite Select in OrlandoPosted Jul 18, 2015
Pros: See above
Cons: See above
Location: See above
Our stay at your hotel was adequate. It was fairly convenient for our trips to Orlando. It was quiet it was inexpensive. Also it was a very minimal room that didn't have amenities freshened daily. the moisturizer was never replaced. The frig didn't have a freezer. The ice machine and location of the room was convenient. The poolside table had someone's hair on it. Not too inviting. The air conditioning was very loud. The beds were supposed to be two queen and were two double if I remembered clearly. The overall quality of the room was very minimal. However, considering the price I probably shouldn't have expected more. However in our recent move to Sarasota when we needed overnight lodging the Comfort Inn & Holiday Inn Express in Sarasota far surpassed the quality and wasn't dry different in pricing using coupons from magazines. Couldn't really recommend your hotel.
