I picked this hotel for pet friendliness and airport shuttle. there was no airport shuttle and I waited over an hour at the airport for a shuttle that would never arrive. after I booked I recieved an email from the hotel and no mention of the shuttle situation. cable TV kept freezing so I connected to the internet to watch YouTube. internet not even fast enough for YouTube!

The hotel itself was nice and close to things but We stayed there because it was close to the airport and I called to check how much parking was a gentleman told me it was free the first night and then additional parking was 5$ a night so we canceled are reservation at park n go but then get to the hotel another man says that’s it’s 15$ a night and 5$ for the first night so we decided to still do it but he neglected to say we needed to put our name on a list or put us on a list for a shuttle he gave us the paper for our car window and that was it . We were taking and wanted to know the times the shuttles leave because he didn’t say so we called down to the lobby the women answered and told us they run every 30 mins but we needed to be on a list and so she added us but she neglected to say we needed to be in the lobby 10 mins before we got down there right at 6:29 and the shuttle was gone had just left and would not turn around . We had to cancel are payment there and run to parking spot right next door and thankfully they could take us or else we would have missed our flight to Costa Rica . I did not appreciate the mis communication and rudeness from the lady that morning . This was on 3/13 . They refunded the money for that but only after I called a couple times so the lady knowingly just didn’t cancel it even tho we didn’t stay there with our car . I won’t be coming back just because of all that .

Pros: very large room, quiet, friendly staff, pool, breakfast (convenient but very basic); Go Port pickup spot for cruise port, lots of nearby restaurants to get dinner delivered since we didn't have a car Cons: Carpet in the hallway and our room was dingy and stained with multiple bleach stains on hall carpet; stains on furniture; mattress did not suit us/uncomfortable Overall: fine for one night

The hotel desperately needs a remodel, bathroom ceiling was peeling, the hallways smelled of something, not sure what but not pleasant. The room smelled like burnt cookies, the floors and sheets felt damp. We had to get up super early for a flight and arrived late so no time to change hotels. Lastly, the next morning we had ZERO hot water for the showers. When I alerted the front desk, one agent didnt look up from her computer, the other said oh, we will tell maintenance, no apology for the inconvenience. Overall disappointing experience.

It was extremely close to the airport which is very convenient! Free airport shuttle & breakfast was great! I do wish the room was a bit more clean. The bathroom had spots on the vanity & the room smelled musty.

The whole place smells, you notice it as soon as you walk in. Fourth floor especially. We have two rooms. One room smells like the rest of the hotel , almost like a smokey / wet dog smell. The second room smells like a very strong dog smell or vomit. Not joking. I would not stay here again.

The property needs updating because it only smells good in the lobby!! The rooms smell so bad of smoke and something old! Please do better with cleaning as well, hair was found around.

Everything was generally fine, our room had an odour, but you got used to it. Our shower leaked from the floor above when they were using it. Wifi was very bad unfortunately. Pool was nice, breakfast was fine.

I did not get the room I booked. There were no tissues in the bathroom, no stock of extra linens or bed sheets for the sofa bed. No pillows for the sofa bed. Elevator may need maintenance.

The room and facility itself is pretty run down and the condition and cleanliness of room was poor. The staff was wasn’t terrible, but didn’t try very hard to be super friendly. The pool area is pretty and would be fantastic with a bit more cleaning of the pool and hot tub water. Lots of dining options within walking distance.
