Poor service

Custodial staff went down the hallways starting around 9 am on a Sunday, gently knocking on doors, and then quickly opening them to see whether they were vacant. The result was a lack of appropriate privacy for several guests (luckily we were already up and out). When questioned about the behavior, there was a terse response of their need to do so because of their simple check out method.

Staff was very helpful

I was having trouble redeeming my points for Comp my room, so I paid for the first night but the next morning the lady took care of the remaining of my stay

Close to everything UCF

We stayed there over the Labor Day weekend for the Florida State game. The room was clean and the staff friendly. It's a great central location for UCF bars and activities...yet still close to downtown. Would stay there again.

Graduation Weekend

The staff was very friendly and interactive with the guest staying at the hotel. We were greeted each time we came in. Bed was very comfortable.

Breakfast starts rather late for travelers. We had an early checkout and because breakfast didn't start until 7am, we weren't able to eat at the hotel.

A bit tired and odiferous, but usable.

The room was clean but smelled overwhelmingly of cleaning products, and the odor lingered for our entire 4 day stay. We were dealing with a family tragedy and didn't have the energy to complain about it since we were only in the room at nights to sleep. The place is a bit run down. If you like Marriott's, stay at the nearby Residence Inn for much nicer rooms and a brand new facility.

Hidden Breakfast- Loud A/C

This is the second time that I stay in this hotel. I was here for business located across the way to UNiversity. The hotel itself is nice very conveniently located. The rooms were just omay. I didn't find the bed to be very comfortable and the air conditioning kept on switching on and off over and over. Its an air conditioning that is attached to the wall/ the window and it was quite loud waking me up several times as it cycled on and off. The room included a nice refrigerator and a microwave. I noticed at the end of my stay that they do have a coffee maker but it's so hidden that unless you go searching for it you would think that the room has ine. The inside of the property has a lounge area and also type of café that serves Starbucks. However it is so hot in those areas! The lights reminds me of the kind used to keep french fries warm and if you're sitting anywhere you can't escape them- theymake you sweat its not a comfortable place to sit in lounge. The breakfast buffet is hidden in the back. It has a usual assortment of scrambled eggs, bacon, potatoes, cereal boxes, waffles all tasty. The best part is that the scrambled eggs appear to be real eggs and not the liquid stuff!

we just stayed one night to visit with some family, the staff was very nice and got us into a room earlier than check in.
