This use to be a DaysINN. The property allows smoking so it permeates. I had to place a family member in an emergency. There is a $56 security deposit required upon arrival.

DO NOT BOOK! Disgusting. Horrible smell, large dent in bed, dirty-gross bedding, fridge made a clicking noise, tv didn’t work. Door didn’t seal properly, rain water & noise got in, could see shadows of people walking by at door bottom. Absolutely disgusting. No matter how desperate you are, you are not that desperate. DO NOT BOOK!

You get what you pay for. The place looked run down and not much maintenance. If you like waffles you are all set. Being a vegan and gluten free, there were no options for me for the free breakfast, glad I packed something I can eat. The staff was wonderful and very kind. The room was nice and clean, but limited wash cloths.

The room was renovated but there is a lack of detail. No printed channel guide. The front desk told me they don't know how to operator the remote either so just channel surf. Space under the door when shut. No soap in shower. Noise from guests late into the night until 2am. Terrible chemical smell in our room which may have been insecticide for pest control. Very dark in the parking lot. Friendly desk clerk at check in and check out.

Worker walked into the room without knocking by surprise. Body hair from previous stays in the shower. No hot water in the shower. Blankets had cigarette burns. At 8am there was no breakfast available when speaking to staff they said they had nothing more and ignored my family. Worst hotel stay ever.

I am VERY POSITIVE that I booked a non-smoking room via Expedia. When I arrived, I was told that I booked a smoking room. However, there were three other guests there at the exact same time as me that had the same issue. I wondered if it were possible that ALL FOUR of us had made the same error via Expedia. The next morning when I went to check-out, I learned that it just so happened all of the non-smoking rooms had been booked and all they had were smoking rooms. To me, that feels a little coincidental. Also, was told by the night-time desk clerk that they would be able to hold my luggage for me after check-out in the morning so that I could do some shopping before returning to get my things and head to the airport. But in the morning, the daytime desk clerk told me they don't do that. The room and bathroom WERE indeed clean but the smell of smoke was quite overwhelming and despite doing what I could (spraying Febreeze on the curtains, bedding and around the air, my clothing still came away smelling like stale smoke the next morning. Also, you should know that even after booking at a good price via Expedia, the hotel itself charges a $50 deposit that is non-refundable if you check out after 11AM; thus requiring you to go to the front desk in person and officially check out by 11AM in order to receive your money back. I was able to do so, however, it is highly inconvenient and WAS a surprise to me. Thankfully, I had my debit card with me with plenty of funds available.

I would have give a 3 star rating but Hotel states offers breakfast in morning but only thing they offered was a few slice of toast, jelly or butter Coffee & tea and little bit of orange juice. The rooms where clean but smells light cigarettes.

This place is for smokers, i noticed the property has been renovated, the rooms are clean and comfortable. However, if you're not a smoker run, the fact that they allow smoking outside, the customers will step in front of your door to smoke and it'll reach your room. Someone did that close to my room, i couldn't breathe.

Overall the place was fine, the only thing is that we asked for a non-smoking room but as soon as we walked in our room there was a really strong smell of marihuana mixed with cigarette smoke, I sprayed the room since I always carry a smell neutralizer spray and it helped a bit, we were really tired and just needed to sleep. The room was clean, and the smell is my only reason I am not giving the 5 stars

Stayed for one night to get away from home. The bed was comfortable. That I will say! However, the breakfast is really bad. You have a choice of cereal, toast or a waffle (you make yourself). There was no fruit (aside from some bruised apples) or anything good like eggs/bacon, etc. The Orange juice that comes out of the machine was watery and tasted weird. The coffee was ok (nothing great) but they have the world's smallest cups to use...I think they were like 8 oz Styrofoam cups. Check-in took like 25 minutes. There is only one clerk and there were 3 or 4 people checking in...so be prepared to wait. Overall, it was like a 6 out of 10. It's quiet and the room was clean, although when we first opened the door it smelled like must/mildew. Probably won't be staying here again. Oh...one more thing, there is nothing to do within walking distance. Nothing.

My husband and I stayed from 10/11 into 10/12. The room we were given when checking in smelled horrible. It was a very potent cigarette smell. I paid for a non smoking room. When I asked to have my room changed, I was told because I have a pet, that was the only room I could be given. I was highly disappointed. Had to go to the CVS across the street to get air fresheners to at least live with the smell. I think the cigarette smell was coming through the vents from other rooms and that contributed to the smell. I would not stay in this motel again.

We had to get a refund as the rooms all smelled like mildew and the fresh paint was likely just to cover mold. It was very much below standard of what we expected. You get what you pay for. Don’t skimp on your health.

The room was decent. Bed was comfortable. It was dirty under the sheets. Tv was in new condition. They had no wash cloths to wash your face or body. No extra pillows. Then at 4am some man opens my door. Asks do I have a key for that room. After that I couldn’t sleep. Being a single woman staying alone was very frightening. The hotel staff was no help at check out. I feel they should of refunded me money back.

Please be careful, this place is not safe
This hotel is FULL of drugs dealer, every time I walk out of my room to get ice, was asked “if I wanted buy W###” and it’s multiple tenant because I stayed 4 night and literally every day multiple time each day I was asked the same by different tenants in different places of hotel. The Hotel also has people living there collecting FEMA every day to pay his room, he was the room next to mines and that’s what he told me he’s beens there for months.THIS IS NOT A HOTEL OR A SUITE it is a drug front. I complaint everyday to owner and no one seemed to care. I had to call the police because another tenant was threatening to kill me because I told front desk about what he was asking me to buy which were illegal substances.After I complained to front desk then other tenant started to leave broken glass bottles by my front door and on my stairs where I go to get ice.Also all 4 nights I stayed I never got house keeping it even once,no new towels, toilet paper. I did not feel safe here at all and I don’t recommend ANYONE STAY HERE. Unless you like to be surrounded by all this bad energy and bad people. The only genuine person there is the owner Nick, very understanding respectful person he seems very honorable but I don’t think he know what his hotel is being used for by the tenant that stay there. Days later which is now I am noticing over 36 bite marks all over my body so they also have bedbugs in their rooms.This place is a health Hazard,crime hazard and there is no customer service.

the first room was not even ready. no linens and bed was not even made. i was moved to another room that had no view and most of the lights did not work. i had to move the lamps around to just get light. this room was right next to the stairs so it was noisy from people coming up and down all night. my first floor room ended up on the third floor farthest from the elevator

The staff was very nice. The hotel room was newly renovated and comfortable with lots of dining within walking distance. The advertised continental breakfast was a joke. 3 bread options for toast, butter, and jelly. Sometimes a bowl of apples was out; other times not. In 15 days only saw yogurt once and most days only white or wheat bread. Offered juice and coffee as well.

Becoming a Quality Inn, but not becoming a "quality " inn. Floor was not cleaned, floss was even left in bathroom on unwashed or swept floor. Wrong size blanket on bed. In midst of remodeling, but breakfast poor,lots left to do. Charge for pet excessive compared to other inns where we've stayed. Will not stay again at this place. Check other places we've stayed, this was not among the best of them.
