The property is very clean and the staff is nice but was not informed that the cable was out and I could not connect to the Internet. This was my third time staying there and the first time on that side of the building they gave me the same line, The cable would be fixed in 2 to 5 hours, but when my Internet service would not stay connected, I got a refund and checked out. The second time I stayed there everything was wonderful, but there seems to be something wrong in the wind that I stayed at the first and third time. I would recommend a place but just ask and make sure you’re guaranteed cable service and Internet. I will stay there again as I said earlier very clean and the staff is great but they should be upfront about anything that is not working when you check in.

Tommy smelled overly clean. Strong bleach aroma. Only light in the room was the one above the sink. Checked in and checked out in about 10 minutes.
Room was for an overnight stay for an early hospital procedure. It was very clean, bed was very comfortable.
check-in agent very friendly and knowledgeable.
Breakfast was set up very nice and was good. Coffee was very good.
Staff was nice, but, this motel is NOT GOOD. Room doors had huge gap at the base for bugs to come in. Killed a ROACH, and the room STANK OF HUMIDITY. A/C did NOT WORK well. And this is a WYNDHAM property??? Too expensive for a very bad experience. Never stay there, ever, unless you have no other choice.

The room I had was fine, but the deadbolt was not functional and the swing lock was broken. As a result, all it took was someone with a key to enter and that is precisely what happened when the maid opened my door at 10 am!
No TV for the whole time. Ice machine broken full time, No wash cloths or hand towels (always out). Air Conditioner sounded like it would explode when coming on and going off, waking us all night. Surface layer of bathtub was all peeled off and disgusting. Drinking fountain in lobby not working (forced to buy bottled water from machine. Beds were good and staff was friendly. Need more people working in breakfast room to keep up.

We liked how clean the room was; however, the lighting in the room was poor without an overhead light and only two little lamps. The communal breakfast room was too small with far too many people, meaning we couldn’t have breakfast in the mornings. This hotel seemed to be a home for new Americans or people who have been displaced from their homes.

This place is not what it led to be on Expedia!! Very disappointed. Let’s begin the door doesn’t open properly, the shades are not block out so everyone can look in while your sleeping which is an invasion of privacy, the floors are dirty, the smell of mold mixed with humidity is terrible and to top it off the toilet broke and we had to go get a plunger from the front staff and fix it ourselves… never again and I’d really like a refund !

Trash all over the gardens and parking area. Lobby was simple but clean and nice smelled, staff were nice, helpful and friendly. No bottled water or vending machines available. Dark areas, not well illuminated parking lot. Room clean, with Dive products available, micro and fridge. Average place for the price. The asked me for $20.00 as a resort fee but that was a motel like not a resort.

First off what they don’t tell you is that they make you pay an additional $100 deposit for if you break anything and etc. Which is refundable to you. Thankfully for my case I got that waved by the manager after going back and forth about the pricing and what I expected to pay booking through here and that paying the $100 was not advertised. Also I had spoken to two people about being put on the second floor and they said it wouldn’t be a problem. As I got there they switched up and said they only had the first floor available. I was not happy about that so I let up and dealt with it the first night. As we got to the room the tv was not working nor the lamp set on the side of the bed. So next morning I asked to be put in another room and thankfully I was able to get a room on the second floor like I originally wanted. First night in the new room was fine until the second night. The family behind or below our room was being VERY loud and laughing and banging noises at around midnight waking me and my husband up and calling the desk. Also Housekeeping did not once come to both of our rooms that we had for any extra towels or new sheets. Breakfast was mid and too busy to sit down and enjoy. Although the hotel was very convenient for what my husband and I had planned for we do not think we would ever come back here. The staff was great and helped me with my needs but it was not a good fit for us. Do what you will with the info I have provided but in the future we will not be back
The hotel is good but service is terrible. Don't try to change the time although it satisfy the free change rule.
I changed my living from 3 days to 1 days satisfying the free change, but I still get resort fee for three days. They said they can refund but no further acts after 1 month.
The only negative thing I would say. The shower wall has holes & the room smells humid.
Other than that it’s clean & Katherine from the front desk is phenomenal.
I was very taken by surprised about this property, the lobby was extremely clean, and the room that was given to us was also very clean, I always check around the beds to make sure that they are no bugs, and I always check to make sure that the sheets have been changed And I was very pleased with the room I was given. Very clean !!! Loved it !! Free parking and looking forward to stay here again.
Hotel forced us out after two days after making false accusations, and we were of a reassured of a refund that we still have not gotten after multiple contacts, we are now literally homeless and broke the week of Thanksgiving. We want our refund for those 4 nights Nov 10 - Nov 14 now!
