Can't beat the price

For the price it was a good room. Staff is slow but friendly. Hotel could use updating. But the bed was comfortable and clean. Was really close to the event I was going to and beat competitors prices.

Decent hotel with amazing staff

Checking in was a breeze and while this is no 5 star hotel my accommodations were met and for the price couldn't go wrong and close to the airport.

They didn't have a room for us.

Pros: I would not recommend this hotel at all.
We called earlier that we were going to do a late check in and the front desk staff looked up my reservation said that was fine. When we arrived later that night the lady I spoke to said she didn't have my reservation and that they had no rooms available. She didn't even acknowledge that we had talked earlier that day. We weren't even the only people that this happened to. We left and found another nice days inn about 5 minutes away and the staff there was much nicer.

Rude staff and bugs in the room

Upon our arrival to the hotel the front desk women was so rude to us. Granted it was busy so I'm sure she was under stress so we just went to our rooms and brushed it off. After about 30 minutes of being in the room the fire alarm started beeping. It needed the batteries changed so we called down to the front office and we were told it would be fixed in a little while two hours pass and no one comes so we decide to leave for our event and hope they fix it. We get back around 2am and it's still going off and no one was at the front desk to help us. The next morning we went down in person to request someone to change the battery. The same women from check in was there and she was very short with us saying they maintenance man would be in at 10 we waited in our hotel room for the maintenance man until 1pm and left for our even again. We returned back at 1 am and the fire alarm was still beeping! I called the front desk and the same women basically talked over me saying she was sending someone right now and then hung up on me. Finally after 2 whole days they got someone out to change the battery! And on our final morning i found a coachroach and a few other types of bugs in our hotel. I would never recommend this days inn to anyone

Horrible!!

Had to call "Security" and Front Desk several times due to next room partying AND FIGHTING after 1:30am. While I was in my room on my privacy, suddenly my door was open by another people that had my room key because the Front Desk booked the same room!!! Bathroom sink was clogged. They sale this hotel as "Pet Friendly" and there's no green area for pets (just a tiny area by the pool). No Pet Stations so you can discard the poop so there's poop everywhere in that tiny area. Very unpleasant and horrific stay. Kudos for breakfast and the lady in charge of it.

Very disappointing

Several gross stains on sheets. I reserved a room with 2 double beds and was told I had to have one king bed instead. I would have cancelled the room but they didn’t tell me about the change until after the time to cancel for free had passed.

Not really great as the washroom had a leak, curtains useless, mold on the wall, electrical connections very bad

Only need a cheap place to crash for the night

I read the reviews and knew what to expect for the price. We were attending a concert in Downtown Orlando and just needed a place to sleep for the night so we wouldn't have to worry about driving home after drinking. It served it's purpose and nothing more. The rooms were shabby and didn't feel clean. There was nothing major to complain about, however I wouldn't recommend this place for a vacation or if you plan to spend any time in the room. We didn't even shower there. The bathroom felt yucky and I kept my shoes on because the floor/carpet was sticky. Know what you are paying for and expect nothing more. I didn't feel unsafe or anything and they had a nighttime security guard (although he was sleeping on the bench) when we got back. The front desk staff was nice and had all of my booking info.

HORRIBLE

Cons: Burn it down and start over
The sign was broken when they pulled up. The lobby was shabby. The room Stunk!!! The TV did not work and it took until after midnight to get it working. The Wifi never did work and the staff had the nerve to say that it was our fault because we were trying to download an item too big. There was a large roach in the bathroom, that was alive. With so much going on, no one felt comfortable even using the toilet or tub or the bed. But the Worst was the itching! Everybody itched from the time they got in the room until they made it home and washed themselves and their clothes. How can you rent a room infested with mites? Why are you expected to pay almost a hundred dollars and my mom slept in the car because the room was so disgusting? I will never use your service again, you gave these people a two star rating when it was really a crack hotel!!
