Needs updated. Phone did not work. Tried to call front desk three time and no answer. Finally had to walk to front desk. could not even call room to room. Found a un opened rubber right on the table. very noisy with traffic. Front desk was very friendly, but did not speak very good english. Worked ok for a one night stay going to airport. very convenient for that

Staff was horrible place seemed unsafe stayed in my room. Heard a guy beating his girl and yelling would never stay here again or recommend it to anyone and I a a Wyndham owner very disappointed

The location is convenient if visiting the theme parks, but the property is dated and could use a facelift. Very limited options at the continental breakfast.

This place was disgusting. The room smelt TERRIBLE as soon as we walked in - it was like someone had tried to cover up a disgusting smell with extremely strong chemicals. Awful. The room was dirty, the carpet was sticky and DIRTY - I mean my kids bare feet were black after walking on it. Absolutely deplorable conditions.

Pictures on the website as deceiving. Electric outlets don’t work and housekeeping is not actually done although they claim it was done, we stayed a whole week and sheets were never changed. Floors weren’t cleaned. Walls were dirty. Microwave was disgusting, rust on the inside. Now let’s not even forget about the ant infestation that bit the hell out of us and even after telling them at the front desk nothing was done. Building in the whole needs a complete renovation especially for the price they are charging.

Expedia search criteria said this hotel had free airport shuttle service. NOT!!! Carpet had black mold throughout the poolside room. Wiped with a towel and it was everywhere on the carpeting. Mold stuck to the bottom of my feet. Needed to use all the towels on carpet to prevent walking on it. Check your room for mold before bringing all your suitcases in. Breakfast was poor. They had muffins on display. Had no idea what kind they were. Also had no other fruit besides two old apples in a very large bowl. No bananas or yogurt, no oatmeal or eggs!!! Auto pancake maker appeared to work but someone made three of them and left them at the end of the machine. Do not recommend!!! Will request a refund!!!

I paid for 3 rooms for 3 nights. First and second rooms were ok but the problem was on the 3rd room: They let me stay only 2 nights because they said I was paid only for two nights. I don't know what happen because I made a reservation por 3 rooms and 3 nights.

If you’re in for a long stay I wouldn’t recommend here. The rooms and everything is old. Breakfast is the same pancake, apples and muffins plus yogurt. Since the property I located next to the highway it’s very noisy at night. Good luck.

Carpet was very dirty, couch pillow size pillow was given in beds, one of the light lamp was not working. However location wise it is good and just 10 mins drive to airport.

The room was not done, I guess housekeeping was not doing their job. No pillows, no towels had to request from the front desk. TV did not work. Do not recommend at all. Dirty carpet. Random people hanging out smoking in front of the rooms.

Upon check in the toilet paper was not on the roll, when I opened the brand new roll it was wet. Sitting on the bed it was damp, the room smelled like urine. I immediately checked out of the hotel with only being there for about 15 minutes to find a new place to go and the front desk clerk refused to refund my money.

The location is convenient. The sign is dated. Difficult parking with huge storage containers. The pool and hot tub appear nice though no one seemed to use them.

The first room given the shower faucet would not work. Shower curtain had holes and looked horrible. faucet handle would not even turn. No toilet paper holder or towel holder in bathroom. Was moved to a new room and the sink drain was messed up, toilet seat looked like it had been in the war, bed was hard. Walked on floor barefoot from bed to bathroom and my feet were black and disgusting. Paint peeling and door in bad shape in bathroom. All but carpet seemed clean but needs repair and maintenance big time. ,

The staff was amazing - wineries and helpful folks. The room was average, yet the carpet was so dirty that our white socks turned literally black. That was so gross. It’s a cheap and easy stay if by the airport, and once again the staff was wonderful.

I had a late flight and wanted to keep my room a little longer after checkout time and what I didn't like is how one staff member told me if I stay past 12pm it would be a up charge of $50 which was fine but another staff member was telling no I would have to pay for a whole day when im only staying from 12pm to 5pm like they are lying. Another thing I didn't like is I came in early 8am on my flight, check in time is 3pm and they wouldn't let me put my luggage in a back room where its safe that no one would steal anything they said put it under the table where every guest that walks in can see it and steal something if they want to. Its loud when im trying to sleep, someone knocked on my door and ran away when I came to check it out. So over all I would never stay at this hotel again. I would never recommend anyone stay here and I rate it a one star.

I would compare this to a stay like going to a friends house that has an older home, but cleaned up for your stay. The beds were standard and well as furniture in the room. The water pressure was low and unfortunately it takes a few minutes to figure out the water temperature. The carpets felt damp which was the biggest con of the room. The “breakfast” should be called snacks because the only option was waiting for a machine to make 3 silver dollar pancakes and that takes a few minutes, some yogurt, apples and muffins that did not seem too fresh. The staff was friendly though and the pool was good but the hot tub was dirty and we were unsure if it worked. Again, not a terrible place, just an average place for a decent price.

Don't stay here. This property needs much work. My outside light was hanging by a wire. One inside lamp needed a new bulb. Many of the street lights were broken. There was a bus company next door running at all hours. My fellow residents made me a bit fearful for the safety of my rental car. The breakfast was well under a Days Inn level, but luckily they had yogurt available, so that was helpful. The desk staff did try to assist tho, a plus. The floor carpet had some kind of perpetual damp in it...ew.

Would Never Recommend! For $100 you would expect hot water! Never even got warm. Expedia has “Shuttle” listed & the woman at the counter said,”No shuttle!” The room was disgusting & dirty used soap on the counter, you could hear EVERYTHING, phone didn’t work to call front desk & people hanging out smoking weed at 5am.Not worth $25.00

The first room we were provided, the tv, light fixtures and room phone did not work. We were provided a second room and despite those previously listed now working, the shower did not have any hot water for 10 min of dtraight running. There was also a hole in the wall above the door. The property and building appear bot maintained.

I booked this hotel because Expedia showed that there was a shuttle and there was none. Cleaners don't speak english. Had to walk to front desk to get towels since the phone in the room didn't work and the cleaners didn't understand

I would have given a better review if, when I arrived at 8:35pm, they would have accepted my Discover credit card with which I had made the reservation through Expedia. They said they don't accept Discover. It was lucky, but irritating, that I had another card which I had NOT wanted to use.
