Horrible experience..

Cons: The total aspect of the hotel including the bedding linen...really bad!
Location: I believe the location is good, but the experience in the hotel itself was very disappointing...
This hotel needs a total overhaul...definitely I am not coming back!

Dirty place to stay

Room was dirty, dirt pushed up in corners of gross tile floors, bathroom door was so nasty I did not want to touch it but was hard not to given the bathroom was so tiny. Sheets and beds ok but top coverlet felt yucky. Only way to cool the room was keep the ait on high at 60 degrees. Decor was very "tired." I will not be staying here on my next visit. Guy at front desk was less than personable when we arrived near midnight. Positives: the wi-fi worked and housekeepers were nice.

1- The smell in the rooms was disgusting and nauseating. 2- There were roaches to which the manager said we are in the state of Florida and it is normal. 3-The hot water faucets not working, it was almost like in a sauna 4-Unhealthy and unsanitary mattress, sheets and blankets 5- BED BUGS infestation which my daughter got bites on her back When I asked to be moved to another room, I was told that this was not possible; and ignored our demands 6-The rude behavior,impolite and threatening employees when we made the claims a very strange behavior pretty accelerator for a customer service. 7-We were at a graduation ceremony at UCF we asked a permit to check out at 12 noon when we arrived the cleaning lady with the manager had taken our personal belongings were out on the counter of the hotel and threatening to charge one more day.

Not a good place

Cons: Definitely can improve cleanliness.
Well after trying 3 rooms within the first night it was finally time to go. The good thing is that the hotel staff were helpful and I did receive a refund. The first room we got one of the beds wasn't made, the second room was so dirty and my dog got infested with fleas within the first five minutes. Finally we spent the rest of the night in the third room spraying the dog and all of our stuff for fleas. I was so paranoid that I ended up sleeping in my jeans and shirt and checked out first thing in the morning. Oh when I initially complained about the second room being dirty the gentleman at the desk told me "well it is a pet room". Being a pet friendly room does to mean that the floors, tables, bathroom can't be or shouldn't be cleaned.
