Cons: I do wish that the hotel bus would pick people up from the airport as well as add more times for pick up and drop off at the parks.
Spent one night. Would do it again. The breakfast was good and they kept our luggage safe while we were in the park.

Nice hotel next to Disney Springs

We arrived early at 2pm. They had a room ready but it was a room with two queen beds. Wanted a king bed.. oh well. The room was right behind the elevator but it was okay. The breakfast for $12.95 a person + tax was really terrible. My wife had English Muffin with peanut butter and I had a very running biscuits and gravy.

Bait and switch

I booked a suite weeks in advance then when I arrived I was not given a suite. But given a regular room with 2 beds. They charged me the same price. I went to the front desk to inquire about the mistake and was told they did this because they had no suites left. I was not told this upon arrival. They compensated me the price of parking which was an add-on I didn't know about either!

nice but......

Nice hotel but for 15 dollars a night to self park combined with a 12.99 charge for buffet breakfast, you can do better in the Disney area!

Customer Service has gone down.

all the great reasons I loved about this hotel (when I booked this last November 2016) are gone..was so happy the first time I stayed here that I brought my sister with me last week. The great night front desk lady is gone replaced with a man who hates his job & customers...when asked for a nicer room he gave us a room overlooking a dumpster...the great large water fountain with fresh lemons at the lobby bar (a beautiful gesture for guests) is gone...replaced with a rude bartender who shrugs his shoulders & walks away "we don't have it anymore" the Fantastic service at the coffee/restaurant station on my last trip is replaced with ZERO service (literally, we couldn't find anyone to help us) then when we finally did find someone (shorter lady) who begrudgingly came to the front..I asked for my regular meal (a piece of salmon which I received every morning of my 6 day November 2016 stay) both the chef & the lady lied & said they had none..they couldn't cook a meal because it was 11:30am..the manager was no help either when I told him the situation he said "sorry nothing I can do" then I receive a phone call (half hour later) telling me "we found some salmon" no thank you..not after lying & rudeness from staff..last straw was having my sister sick & dealing with same night front desk attendant..asked to buy some Pepto bismol "we don't have any"...look myself at items next to his desk...5 packs of pepto bismol "oh they must have bought some" was double charged for it.

Great hotel 5 min. Away from disney world

Very nice hotel, 5 min away from Disney World, restaurants around, playroom for kids, clean, and modern, I will be stay here. Cons: Parking fee extra.

Everything ok except breakfast service

The hotel is generally nice. Room is clean. It is close to Disney downtown and various theme parks. The most disappointment comes from the breakfast service. The food is acceptable but one of the male service staff is horrible. After presenting the breakfast voucher and he wanted to confirm that tips are extra. Afterwards there was no service whatsoever. I needed to get my coffee etc. Fine - no tips then.
