This was a decent stay for commuting from Kissimmee to Orlando. Rooms are older and could use some updates but overall we were comfortable. Lots of hair on floors in bathroom so housekeeping just may not have been aware of that. Pool was nice. Could use some umbrellas over the tables for shade. Overall we had a good stay for a good price.

Pros: We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It was very affordable, the front desk staff was nice, the bed was comfortable, it had a dining table that was perfect for me and my partner to use when eating, the AC was working well and the space was good enough. Thankfully, we did not have any pest or cleanness issues like previous reviews mentioned. I would maybe consider coming back if I am on a budget. Cons: Beware that the bathroom is very small. When opening the shower door, the water leaks all over the floor each time. This makes it difficult to exit the shower without making a mess. The shower knob and head is also outdated. The shower knob was dusty which was a little gross to turn on the water each time I had to shower. When I first arrived to the room, I noticed ants around the bathroom sink but I sprayed my partner's cologne all over the sink and after that I never saw ants again. One last thing I will mention, our room was right next to the lobby and each morning and even late nights I would hear either a baby crying or people talking by the kitchen area next to the lobby. Overall.... The Cons I mentioned above were not enough to make us have a bad experience. The pros do outweigh the cons. I have to say that our experience was a good one and having a hotel right next to Disney and multiple restaurants was great.

8.2/10 rating seems inaccurate… mixed with a 2.5 star review, just doesn’t add up. Maybe skip this listing… It smelled like urine, but we traveled 11 hours and got in late so the sheets smelled and looked clean so we closed bathroom door thinking that was the source… left early the next morning hoping bathroom door closed while we were out would work… nope! Pretty sure it was just the room or AC unit that smelled. No window to open for fresh air… got back late, decided we were gone the next morning cause it was such an uncomfortable experience. Requested 3 days of the pre-pay refunded, was denied because of “rigid and inflexible policies”… guess they need the money that bad. Room was so small no place to put your luggage, or move around. Turn down service every 3 days. 25-30 minute drive into Disneyland. McDonald’s and 7-11 next door are only options for food and necessities. Didn’t see a bus line, so driving or Uber are your options. Front counter service seemed impatient and rigid, probably why I didn’t feel like talking to them about the condition of the room would be an option or result in any meaningful improvements. Deeply unsatisfactory.

We apologize for any issue you may have incurred however we could have moved your room had you mentioned anything to us which you did not just said change of plans, and we refunded Expedia back for 3 nights to the virtual card they gave us so your refund issue is with expedia and you needed to contact them to let them know you left early or they will not refund you...

The problem we had was every day we had to get our room keys reset. The shower was also a little small but the hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly.

I wasn't sure what to expect based on some of the reviews, but decided to give it a chance. The room was a bit damp/musty but otherwise it was clean and comfortable. The AC worked well, and the beds were really comfortable. I expected the shower to be tiny based on some reviews, but it was a good size. The staff was extremely friendly, and parking was free and easy. We had to leave a night early due to a family emergency back home, so I was a bit disappointed that they wouldn't refund the night with ample notice to fill our spot. All in all, it was a decent hotel. We didn't use the pool because it's not heated, but we did take advantage of the McDonald's and 711 located right beside the parking lot. Not bad overall for a budget hotel, we would definitely stay again.

We stood only two nights, so we needed a quick stay. Parking was easy. Bed, sheets, towels, fridge, microwave all clean. The room was outdated, the bathroom had a sliding door that would jam so unfortunately we did not slide it closed in fear of it getting jammed … so that caused lack of privacy. Luckily we did not have pest issue as previous reviews mentioned.

The staff were extremely friendly. When we arrived the door was unlatched. We soon learned the door has a had time latching and had to be physically push it to close it. Phone was discolored (yellow), shower stall very tight, beds comfortable, chairs in room were stained. Hotel could have used a little convenience store instead of the makeshift cafeteria. The hotel itself was not clearly marked from the road/highway, and we had cut through a McDonald's and another unmarked road to get to the lot. It fulfilled its purpose, but I don't know if i'd stay here for multiple nights.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is older and needs some updating. It was within minutes of shopping and lots of eating choices, we liked that. The room was good and clean but again, needed some updating and a good mopping of the floor in the bathroom. Only stayed 3 nights so no housekeeping services but they did collect the trash we sat outside and gave us fresh towels at the desk.

This was a fairly priced hotel that had everything we needed. It was very close to Disney and it doesnt hurt that there is a McDonalds and a gas station right next to it!
