We stayed at this hotel after 4 previous days at another Disney Hotel. Our room was not ready when we arrived and we were told we would receive a text when it was ready. We were told we would be given priority from housecleaning to get a room cleaned quickly since we were on property already. We took our 3 small sons to the pool to wait. FIVE hours later, we still had not received a text. We went to the front desk to inquire and were given a room number. However, when we opened the door to the room, someone else was already in this room! We went back to the front desk for a different room. Our luggage was not delivered as promised, so we had to go get it ourselves and haul it to our room. We were seriously disappointed as this is typically not the "Disney Way". Our boys loved the look of the hotel since they all love sports, however, we could not believe the breakdown in communication of the employees of this hotel.
