Osborne Lights at Disney's Hollywood Studios! An amazing sight to see Magic Kingdom Park is a theme park at the Walt Disney World Resort in Bay Lake, Florida, near Orlando. Owned and operated by The Walt Disney Company through its Parks and Resorts division, the park opened on October 1, 1971, as the first of four theme parks at the resort. Initialized by Walt Disney and designed by WED Enterprises, its layout and attractions are based on Disneyland Park in Anaheim, California, and is dedicated to fairy tales and Disney characters.
The park is represented by Cinderella Castle, inspired by the fairy tale castle seen in the 1950 film. In 2015, the park hosted 20.49 million visitors, making it the most visited theme park in the world for the tenth consecutive year and the most visited theme park in North America for at least the past fifteen years.[1] An example of many sand sculptures within the lobbies of this grand hotel. Cinderella Castle Bay Lake,Florida:🏰👑 Sometimes, you can't get away to travel. That's when I go to EPCOT (I live only 1 hr away). I ride Soarin & pretend I'm really there. Celebration, FL. The town Disney built, complete with adorably unique homes, white picket fences, and the town center.
I love that Celebration has small town charm, but is close to the major Orlando attractions. One of the best parts of completing the Round the World tour at Epcot Center is the performances given by all the artists in each country. This was in China, and the dancers had all of the onlookers mesmerized. As I've gotten older, I've grown out of some of the other parks at Disney and really come to enjoy strolling through Epcot. Maybe it's a sign that I'm getting older, but I felt like it made a lot of sense considering how much I've fallen in love with travel. Visiting each country at Epcot only made me want to visit those places in real life. #colorful Never tire of this landmark.... amazing at night.

#patterns Giant gingerbread house in lobby of Grand Floridian Hotel. They start baking four months previous for the tiles needed for this huge house. Out for a sunset walk with my wife here in Disney Springs, Fl Christmas at MK. An unbelievable array of millions of lights at the sadly past Osborne Family Lights. One of Disney's greatest mistakes, removing this phenom. Enjoying an awesome beer at the greatest place in Epcot Piggylicious Bacon Cupcake, Epcot Center, Florida I was psyched to visit the mother of all Disney castles :) September, 2012. Caribbean beach resort pond in the morning Downtown Disney/Disney Marketplace - Florida My meeting with Chewbacca, Hollywood Studios Flowering garden celebration at Epcot Epcot Park at Disneyworld
#stunningstructure A picture from a morning boat ride to Downtown Disney from the Port Orleans resort. We were first in line on a Saturday. The rides start at 10:00, but it was quiet that beautiful morning and only a few other people were on the boats. Construction at Downtown Disney has made parking a nightmare. I definitely recommend taking a boat ride there if possible! #waterlust Disney Boardwalk The Dolphin and its sister property the Swan are within the Walt Disney World property. Keep in mind these are Starwood hotels not Disney hotels so... the process for getting any reservations, park passes or things like linking your fastpass are going to be a bit of a hassle. I have been here dozens of times over the past twenty years working various conventions and that's primarily the hotels specialty. Expect to see large groups of conventioneers with name badges taking over every little space and then all disappearing at once into workshop and general session meeting rooms. As a business meeting hotel it works... going to the parks ? Not my first choice.
As to being a #StunningStructure ... I am always impressed by the giant lotus flower fountains and clamshell waterfalls that balance out the pyramid on the Dolphin. The walk from the Swan to the Dolphin gives a wonderful view. Lined with majestic royal palms and mirror lakes on either side the property's landscaping certainly keeps up with the high bar set by its neighboring Disney properties. Amphicar Rides !! I have to get one of these... Amphibious Classic cars are about as cool as it gets! These rare “Amphicars” drive on land and in the water. For a mere $125 you get your own car with a Captain and up to three people. This is the only place in the world you can experience this unique ride! Disney Springs hosts the world’s largest, hand-painted helium balloon!
The balloon was custom-built for Disney by the Paris-based company Aérophile and is filled with 210,000 cubic feet of helium. The balloon’s basket holds about 30 people and rises on tethers to around 400 feet.
That big sucking sound is not a hole in the balloon ... it’s coming from your wallet. Expect to pay about $20 for adults and $15 for the kiddies for this short ride. Hey, you're on vacation. Go ahead and have the mac and cheese hot dog :) Last time for the beautiful Osborne Family lights at Disney's Hollywood Studios. Let them know if you're disappointed. The lights have been on display for 20 years every holiday season and will cease their annual celebration as of Jan. 3, 2016, so see it while you can!
The lights are in the Streets of American section of the park. Access is and are included with the regular admission to Disney's Hollywood Studios.

Beach Club Villas at night Beautiful pool A little Disney magic in one of the clock tower in Germany. Don't miss the Indiana Jones stunt show, great entertainment and a nice shady spot to sit. Tip: get there a few minutes early and raise your hand for a chance to be an extra (speaking from 1st hand experience, it's lots of fun! ) Blue skies with the House of Blues The super fun swimming pool at Disney's Boardwalk inn. Once you tire from the water slide you can take a lovely walk along side the boardwalk filled with shops and restaurants. We drove over for the day to visit my sister Malathi and her friend Prahba and visited had a great Birthday lunch and walked around Downtown Disney.

Small eatery, great fish and shrimp but it is the bar that makes this place. An Italian eatery within Disneyworld's Hollywood Studios that's a refreshing change from the many other cafes that pepper the theme parks. The food is served hot and fresh off the stove, cooked just for your order. This is the Penne Alla Vodka with chicken, with Red Sangria and the Mama's Margherita in the background (2nd drink not mine :P) The spectacular Christmas lights at Disney's Hollywood Studios...literally millions of lights, accompanied by music and real snow. Well worth a trip to Orlando at Christmastime. Epcot center, always wanted to see this in person since I was a kid. Nice spot to rest before hitting the market in epcot Canada exhibit at Epcot. They show a beautiful film about the country. At the Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress, near Orlando, a beautiful view of their lake, pool, and golf course. Especially pretty time of day, with the trees reflecting back into the lake at sunset. An amazing resort! China, in EPCOT, Walt Disney World, Florida.
