We had a nice checkin. Room was clean but dated. Hotel.is very big so it was quite a wall to restaurants and bus stops. Good restaurants and everyone was nice. Found this hotel to he shabbier than other disney properties for the same peoce. Prefer Port Orleans French Quarter.

Average +

Pros: Not much.
Cons: Sound proofed rooms and improved check in experience
Location: Disneyworld
This hotel was definitely the disappointment of our trip. Having had a long day of travel to arrive here, the check in process took over an hour, then we were allocated the wrong room. There was a lot of noise about the room and you could hear the bathrooms in adjacent rooms everytime someone went. It definitely didn't live up the Disney branding that it carries.

Not What We Expected

Posted Nov 9, 2015
Pros: The friendly atmosphere when you first walk in and that the hotel was incredibly accessible for rooms and parking lot.
Cons: Most of the staff was incredibly professional and accommodating. There were a select few staff members that were lacking common courtesy & kindness.
Location: Convenience. Access to rooms and cleanliness! Plus an optional shuttles for transportation that leave every 20 minutes. Incredibly easy to use.
Over all our stay was OK. The convenience of the hotel was nice. There was easy access to the highway and many restaurants and the parks. The down fall is that if you book a King bedroom you aren't guaranteed the room you booked. Even if it's months in advance that you have booked your room, or at least this is what we were told by staff. As you can imagine this was incredibly irk some considering we payed more for a King Bed and we had specific sleeping arrangements between rooms based on a King Bedroom. Secondly If you book more than one room and you want a late checkout be advised that only one room is granted a late check out. Again this is what was explained to us at 4 am (after our Wine & Dine Marathon) when we inquired about late check outs. Also the staff member Mercedes was incredibly unnecessarily rude when we were inquiring.

Family holiday with two kids

Posted Nov 4, 2015
Pros: Great hotel, loved everything about it.
Cons: More storage facilities within the room itself.
Location: Great location, near by all Disney kingdoms.
Stayed 8 nights with party of 12 (3 families of 4 in each group). Fantastic resort with great facilities for children and adults. Perfectly maintained gardens and lawns, very clean and great staff.

Night at Cirque du Soleil

Posted Nov 3, 2015
Pros: Transportation to Disney venues.
Cons: Speed of front desk service. Room decor.
We had a family visit to Cirque du Soleil and needed a hotel with transportation to La. Nouba. The transportation worked out fine but the Coronado Springs hotel was a disappointment. The rooms are large and beds are comfortable. However, decor and a/c is very out of date. The very worst aspect of the hotel is the front desk which is exceptionally slow. It took me 25 minutes to check-in and 35 minutes to check- out with very few people in the line ahead of me.
