Nice quiet settingPosted Nov 28, 2015
Pros: It was not a high rise and beautiful landscape area.
Location: We were meeting family at Disney...
Waiting for the bus to Disney's Hollywood took 30 min. We took a cab back to Port Orleans hotel.

Paradise on a budget.Posted Nov 25, 2015
Pros: The setting, the service and the facilities.
Cons: Can't think of anything.
Location: Disney Springs by boat. Easy access to Disney parks by frequent bus service.
Beautiful setting, well run and well worth the money. Particularly liked the boat transport to Disney Springs and the entertainment provided by Bob Jackson. All staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

We had a great time. The resort was very clean and well run. There were many things to do at the hotel from swimming to fishing to horse drawn carriage rides but we spent most of our time at the Magical Kingdom and the Animal Kingdom.

Nice hotel, would stay againPosted Nov 21, 2015
Bell services left something to be desired as we had to bring our own luggage to & from the room. Our room was a 5 minute walk from the main lobby and was on the 2nd floor, no elevator. The room was clean & comfortable. We walked by one pool area that appeared clean and was full of guests.

Fine hotel, but very loud A/C UnitPosted Nov 19, 2015
Overall the room was clean and comfortable, but the A/C pulsed on and off and was very loud, which made sleep difficult.

Mid range Disney hotel, close to theme parksPosted Nov 15, 2015
We stayed here one night during the Epcot food and wine festival (so we could enjoy a few drinks)! The staff we met at check in and concierge were polite, friendly and helpful as expected from Disney employees. The room was fairly basic but the theming was nice! My only complaint would be that the A/C unit was louder than expected and we did wake up on a few occasions during the night when it rumbled on and off!! However I'm quite sure if we had been staying for a longer period of time we would have got used to it. As we only stayed one night we didn't get to experience the pool areas but walking around the resort it is really beautiful and so well maintained. Disney never fails to impress me.

Great moderate resort with lots of walking.Posted Nov 14, 2015
This is a great resort, within the Disney area. Mousekeeping did an excellent job keeping everything clean and stocked. Rooms were peacefully and quiet. Staff was wonderful. Food court area had plenty of options, and gift shop was good sized. My daughter and I enjoyed the boat ride to Disney Springs. Only downside was there was not a business room to use a computer. I needed to print out my boarding pass, and had to have the concierge do it for me.

Only drawback is that there is not enough drawers for a family of 4 staying a week and we had to be careful of placement of items in fridge as some items froze. Other than that, it was clean and comfortable and met our needs.
