This isn’t my first stay at this property every time I travel down to Orlando I stay here. The outside property is well kept, my stay was amazing, the staff was friendly and respectful. My room was wonderful everything was well stocked and even though I didn’t stay long enough for a full service in my room I was still accommodated with fresh linens, trash change, etc. I will most definitely return

When we checked in there were no king beds at the rate I booked so they put us in an ADA king room without asking us, which was unacceptable. They quickly changed us to another king room but this made us 40 minutes late to an event that evening. They should have just put us in the room we ended up in to begin with.

While the room was clean, the showers were quite gross. Green build up on the shower head and build up on the shower walls. Staff was very nice and accommodating.

The accessible room was NOT accessible. The shower didn’t have a seat(but they did bring us one, which was nice) the doors would not allow the wheelchair to pass. I hope the inspector Doesn’t come check your rooms. Also, the bathroom was too slippery for crutches. Our air conditioner didn’t work, it had a very large sound when it shut off, the compressor needs to be fixed and the super said he couldn’t do anything about it!!!?? Horrible

The hotels very close to Ucf which is convenient for parents wanting to visit. Wall paper, flooring and furnishings all appeared dated . Hot water in shower wasn’t consistently hot/warm. Hot water would turn cold for a few seconds and then back to hot all throughout the 10 minute shower. Staff was very friendly. Would probably stay again but not at the price we paid this weekend.

Nice hotel. Clean. Has a nice restaurant and bar which was one of the reasons I booked it. There’s several restaurants/bars in the area to choose from that aren’t your typical chain. We were in the area for a basketball game at the university which is very close by. My only complaint is the bed was uncomfortable. My husband and I kept rolling towards the middle of the bed because the mattress had a dip in the middle. I didn’t take away a star because a lot of people sleep on those beds and I’m picky when it comes to a mattress. Besides, one bad mattress doesn’t mean all mattresses are the same ;) If we’re in the area again, we’ll be back.

I only think I didnt like was the pillows looked fulffy, but when you put your head down they were flat, so much so it hurt my neck. Also there was a constant drip in the tub/shower (room 425) Everthing else was wonderful.

Ok, but AC not great
Great check in, was able to get in a little early. Stayed just one night to attend my daughter’s graduation from college. The bed was comfortable and all was clean but the temperature in the room was humid and definitely not at an AC optimal output. Also for that it was a little musty smelling.

Great location when visiting my son at UCF. We arrived early and the room was ready, so we got to check in early. The warm cookies given to us upon check in was an added bonus. Rooms were nice and comfortable and above all, the staff was very friendly and accommodating.
