All great they do not have fridges in room so you can have cold beverages that you buy....all hotels should have a small fridge in a room

BEds very comfortable

Great hotel and staff. Only negative was walls were thin heard baby crying all night in one room and people cussing at each other in another room.

Friendly staff and comfortable room.

I was in Orlando for business and the location of the hotel was great. Parking is available in the garage as well as on the street. It was nice to have the option. I enjoyed my stay.

Restaurant staff were rude.

We could not control the temperature in the room and had to sleep with layers of clothes on to keep from freezing. The room was a disappointment. The only place to hang clothes was in the bathroom, only 36" tall. I could not hang my dresses. The restaurant staff were very rude.

people are always the best part of any hotel stay!

Pros: Shower was good, although most of the water went out of the bath tub!
Cons: Food
We were there for just 1 night were received by a nice crew of valet parking attendants who recommended the on site restaurant which we decided to try since we did not want to go out for the evening. We had fantastic service from Lambert , a wonderful waiter from Burundi, whom we could speak in French, one of the many languages he spoke . Although I could speak to him in french, the steak I had requested, was over cooked ( I had requested medium rare steak) and what I got was a well done steak. I know things are not always absolutely what you would you expect it to be, I must say I was disapponted with my meal. So was my husband who requested black bean soup and thought it came straight out of a can!

Downtown

Pros: Location
Cons: Needs update and refrigerators in every room!
Location: East of down town but in walking distance to urban trails and a few good restaurants.
There's lots of construction going on right now but this is a good place for staying if you have business downtown. No refrigerator in the room which should be standard for all hotels. My air conditioning cover had a huge gap between the cover and the wall. Staff were pleasant.

Staff was pleasant and hotel decor modern and up to date. However, carpets were stained and I was not happy about charge for parking.
