Property is nice. Room is spacious and clean. I had a rental stroller delivered and they lost it. They wouldn’t look for it until I asked to see their security cameras and then it magically appeared from the back room. I also have a $53 charge on my credit card from the hotel and no one can tell me why. We stayed on night.

Recently remodeled suites. Very affordable and clean. The staff made the stay effortless. Close to Disney Springs with available shuttles. I will definitely book again. Oh! Don’t forget the cookies!

Pool and gym were closed. This should be stated before you make your reservation. This is why we gave it 3 stars. It’s extremely inconvenient to have to drive to a sister hotel to use their pool.

The location was convenient to Disney Springs for nightlife. The shuttles were a wonder and so convenient. Never heard any outside noise, nor people walking down halls or feet moving above us. Pleasantly surprised at all waters given to us. Any employee we dealt with smiling, kind and helpful. Such a wonderful stay at Doubletree!

I love this property, staff is super friendly and attentive. We had a little issue having no hot water when we first got there, but they immediately came and fixed it, the breakfast staff is super nice and friendly( buffett breakfast is the best!) Also the sweet lady at the bar was awesome to talk to and the food from the bar was good! (Burgers and wings are the go to) Transportation is super easy as well! Will def be back soon!

Val the bellhop was fantastic! Very great customer service! The rooms were your average 3-star cleanliness. However, the customer service from staff was fantastic. About 1 mile walk to Disney Springs. They have free shuttle to all the resorts (except for Universal).

We’ve stayed at several double tree locations all over the world. This was the first time we’ve been in such an unkept hotel. There were cockroaches crawling around on the walls and up the carpet. The staff were unwilling to assist and if they made an attempt it was very half hearted. The bed and bathroom were falling apart. They provided some bare provisions at the coffee station and did not want to refill it when requested. We had to ask three times before we received extra cups and coffee. We thought it would be a nice place to stay as a Disney resort but this place did not live up to that expectation.

We stayed here on our last night in Orlando. The transportation was very easy to use. The room configurations make it easy for larger parties to stay and were very nicely designed. Would highly recommend this hotel. They are undergoing construction so excited to see what the new lobby looks like.

We booked for a family trip to Disney. We knew this would not be the full Disney resort experience, but the customer service was lacking more than expected. We were told wrong information regarding the shuttle and desk staff was rude at check in. It’s currently under construct… maybe that is impacting the overall experience. The positives are convenience and nice bartending staff and bar food.

Not Worth It.
The sofa and carpet smelled terribly, like someone vomited all over it. The tvs turned on but we couldn’t select anything; the remotes didn’t work. Breakfast isn’t included, even a light one, and pricier than the Disney places we ate at. We needed a place to crash after a later arrival before checking into our resort the following morning and while this place was not expensive, it was not worth it, especially if you are staying multiple days. That would have been rough, especially with kids.

Service was good, room was nice, but we weren’t notified that the hotel is undergoing some construction when we made the booking. Luckily we got a room on the first floor, felt bad for anyone 2nd floor and above, there was only one working elevator, long line sometimes for elevator.

Shaq is SO cool. The property is being renovated, but you do not hear any of it. Buses to Disney come to the hotel and are free. We had a suite and it was well worth the price. Really liked the pool bar and the pool was warm. Would stay again.
