I do water damage restoration, I repeat do not stay at this hotel. You will smell like mildew, your clothes will smell like mildew. They just spray odor eliminator and reassign your room but the hotel entirely smells like a wet towel. Management is incompetent and can only apologize. They reassigned my room AND GAVE ME A ROOM WITH PEOPLE IN IT! I HAD TO GO BACK DOWN AGAIN AND GET A 3rd room. Room was never cleaned or beds made, only received towels. Unacceptable will never stay there again.

My recent stay at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Orlando Lake Buena Vista Resort was highly disappointing. Despite the resort's 4-star rating, the experience fell short of expectations. The receptionist seemed overwhelmed, and our room was dirty with a foul odor. The bathroom lacked ventilation, posing a health risk, and exposed staples and nails in the carpet caused injuries to my child. Mold, broken fixtures, and a pervasive smell further contributed to the dissatisfaction. Bed bugs caused allergic reactions, and the staff, including Ms. Martina, were unhelpful. Additionally, inadequate soundproofing led to disturbances from neighboring rooms, impacting our rest. I caution future travelers to consider other options before booking this resort.

Chose this property because we are Hilton Honors Members and I wanted something that was: Close to Disney, offered a shuttle, had a mini fridge and microwave, pool and splash area, and breakfast included. It checked all of those boxes. However the microwave didnt work, the cleanliness of the resort was subpar, the hot tub stopped working and was never fixed. Our AC broke but was quickly fixed. The sink and tub were clogged and drained incredibly slow and the daily cleaning services was like something I never experienced. They would empty 2 of the 3 garbages and then literally do nothing else. No new towels, no toilet paper refilled, beds not changed or made. When we very specifically asked for these things to be done we came back to our room after a long day at the parks and literally not one thing was done. I have never experienced the cleaning services to not only half ass but completely just not do a thing. So overall did it check everything I wanted in a hotel yes but will I ever stay there again absolutely not.

I stayed here in 2013 and loved it so decided to give it another shot. The manager was awesome, give us our room early than check in time. The room was okay but I do not believe time is spent of proper cleaning, the beds were not made up, I called down twice for housekeeping to replenish empty body lotion, no response, had to physically go down to front desk. No fresh towels, replacement of coffee cups. Was really disappointed in this aspect.

Room floor was nasty stains everywhere was scared to take a bath and get out and step on the carpet without shoes. Outdated carpet needs detailed cleaning or now carpet. Not enough staff for the amount of guest, literally was killing the omelette worker as well as the bartender couldn’t get my free drinks neither day due to extremely long lines like theme parks. Overall my stay was ok wasn’t great just ok.

I would not recommend this hotel, arrived before check in time which is understandable that the room was a not ready but even thirty minutes after the check in time the room was still not ready and was offered a different room without any reimbursement since I had paid for a poolside room. They ended up giving another poolside room, not the one I had originally selected through the app. Not enough towels available at the pool area, not even chairs available, not enough parking , had to park on another side over a bump. Only positive was the activities and buffet. Would not stay here again.

I enjoyed my stay here. There were a few things that were not up to my fullest satisfaction but did not hinder my stay fully. We experienced “sugar ants” in my room the whole time. This is what the maintenance person told me they were. I would kill them and they showed back up. That was annoying. Also, housekeeping didn’t make up my beds, they only pulled the covers up and didn’t leave enough wash clothes and towels. I had to call to have delivered.

I recently stayed at Embassy Suites by Hilton and while there were some positives, the overall experience was a mixed bag. Let's start with the positives. The hotel's appearance is impressive, boasting a charming ambiance that immediately sets a vacation mood. The complimentary breakfast was a standout feature, with an omelet chef station ensuring a satisfying start to the day. The daily happy hour and poolside bar added to the enjoyable atmosphere, and the added touch of movies by the pool was a nice bonus. However, the accommodations fell short of expectations. The room condition was disappointing, with uncomfortable beds, dirty and damp carpets, and worn-out furniture. Despite the hotel's efforts to maintain a pleasant environment, the subpar condition of the rooms significantly detracted from the overall experience. As a Hilton property, I expected higher standards, especially since I booked two rooms. While the amenities and ambiance are appealing, the lackluster room conditions leave me uncertain about returning in the future. In summary, Embassy Suites by Hilton offers a mixed experience with its delightful amenities and underwhelming room conditions. If improvements are made to the accommodations, it could truly shine as a top-notch destination.

Was a basic hotel that needs updating. Carpet was old and seemed not clean. Didn't supply enough towels nor toilet tissue for 2 ppl. Sink water pressure was low. Furniture needs updating. The extra blanket was previously used (was not washed from previous guests). They didn't accommodate ppl who do not eat beef or pork... no turkey product options. The Hilton reps were irritating as they disrupted us eating breakfast to try selling another vacation so we only had the free breakfast once and ate elsewhere. We wanted to have a relaxing breakfast and couldn't.

The property when you first walk in seems to be clean and neat but when I walked into the room it smelled of mold. I checked around and saw mold around the windows seals and in the shower. There was mold also on the tv stand at the bottom. Rooms are very outdated. The only good thing they had was the breakfast. It was actually pretty good to be free. Overall I will not stay here again until they update property.

My husband and I stayed here for about 2 nights for a mini vacation, definitely wish we read reviews sooner! The overall stay was not that bad, the bed was comfy, and we were able to hook up our xbox to the tv’s which was a bonus. Only a few downfalls really, nothing too major but still not something you should have to deal with ; Nice but not worth the price honestly 1. There was a rust spot in our shower because the tub was chipped & we asked housekeeping if they could clean it for us just to scrub out some of the rust that was going down the tub and they didn’t do it so we had to go buy our own cleaning products and clean it ourselves. 2. The tub was weirdly shaped and dipped in the middle almost like aV-shaped so the water was just pooling as we showered and it didn’t fully drain the water so it was uncomfortable/kind of hard to stand in when showering 3.There was in fact sugar ants on the bathroom counter but no where else I had to squish a few 4. There was a random wet spot on the carpet by the couch ; not sure what it was 5. I did not get the room that I specifically booked online , they told me they only had 1 room available when I got there even though I booked it prior; same room different bathroom style, our bathroom was very small compared to what I booked (accessible suite) 6. The noise level was a little high from kids screaming and yelling so it was a little stressful ; and the pool areas etc are mostly packed with children.

Property is a little dated but on the list for refurbishment this summer according to staff which will make a huge improvement. Very clean for the dated features. Didn’t like paying for parking

Just had a very below average stay—initial room was dirty upon checkin -staff accommodated me but the overall experience was just plain average. Rooms are beat up and definitely the place is in need of a renovation! If you like free breakfasts, this is your place.

There was only a phone number when I expected a concierge. The restaurant wasn’t available when we wanted it. I appreciate the shuttle, but the hours were terribly restrictive. The room was great, as was the breakfast. The staff was wonderful.

We have stayed here over 20 times and will continue to do so every time we come to Disney. The staff and facilities are awesome. The kids can have a great time in the pool and its really close to everything. The rooms are comfortable and always clean. The management, maintenance and hospitality staff are friendly and always accommodating. We love staying here, and will definitely be back.
