Disgusting Hotel

If your looking for a hotel that doesn't clean it's rooms to the point of gagging when you walk into the bathroom, then this hotel is for you. They also mark that breakfast is included but it's not. Unless you consider limited coffee choices and a muffin that's smaller than the ones in the gas station, then NO they don't include breakfast. So I check in and the lady also tells me my reservation does not include guest services??? They wouldn't even come in my room and give me fresh towels or check if I needed anything else unless I paid more money, which also wasn't stated on the reservation site. This is for an extended stay!!!! I was there 4 nights and not one time did they come in my room to check supplies!!! The room, oh my gosh, the most disgusting hotel I have been in, which is saying a lot because I travel for work. One of the towels had dirt on it and looked like it was just folded and put back. The bathroom had such a strong odor of urine that it was overwhelming at times. Just a disgusting hotel with staff that don't care about their guests. I am not an angry employee. I am a real person hoping you don't book at this hotel and have an experience like mine. You can book this hotel if you like but just prepare yourself for a disgusting room and horrible service.

We have checklists in place to inspect every suite after it has been serviced. Unfortunately, we missed something during this process. Please know, our housekeeping service is provided once a week for guests staying eight or more nights. For those who are staying for shorter periods of time, services are available for a minimal fee. Good place to stay

The only reason the staff was given the rating was in the morning i had an issue with my fire alarm....when i returned in the evening nothing was done

Short overnight stay

Cons: Variety of grab and go breakfast
Location: Plenty of shopping and restaurants near by
Fast check-in, pleasant staff, easy access. Comfortable clean room with kitchenette. Variety of restaurants near by, fast access from I-4.

Breakfast was a JOKE

In the area on business. Noticed prices were up a bit and settled on this property. They originally put us in Room 103. Walked in the door, found it to be the closest room in the whole place to the freeway. Asked for a quieter room and they complied. Hallways and rooms are very average in appearance. Bed was comfortable, pillows so-so. Plenty of hot water, towels so-so. The door on the elevator across the hall slammed closed repeatedly (elevator itself was quiet but the door itself was noisy upon closing). My main complaint was breakfast.........The online listing says "Breakfast Included" but "breakfast was packaged muffins, instant oatmeal and coffee (no juice, toast/bagels, etc., etc.). I could live with this 15 years ago but NOW, motels/hotels seemed to have raised their standards and offer scrambled eggs, bacon/sausage, fresh made pancakes/waffles, hot oatmeal, etc., etc.. To me, this "breakfast included" seems like a bit of trickery.......over-promising/under delivering. Juliette at the front desk was very pleasant.

Smelly hotel with dirty room

Checked in late to this hotel. Front desk clerk was not interested in helping us beyond handing over the room keys. Either uninformed about late night food options or didn't care. Most clerks tell you in what area of the hotel your room is located for ease of parking, this did not happen. Hallways and stairwell had strong unpleasant odor. The second evening of our stay we found an unidentified (possibly blood) substance on the wall near the bed. It had obviously been there prior to our checking in. Room did not contain a coffee maker and the provided breakfast offered few options. The best thing about this hotel was the plentiful parking.

No ice machine, continental breakfast was a joke, hair dry in room broke, very hoisey and no security in parking lot. Desk Clerk told us to put items in car out of sight.

Good location. Disappointed of no room service, it should say in the information that the hotel gives. I had to take out my own garbage!
