The worse expirence ever!

We did our reservation a month in advance using Expedia.com for a single Queen Bed room from November 12-14 . When we get to the hotel at 4:00pm for the check in, the lady at the Front Desk gave us the room 233. When we opened the door," SURPRISE"other guesses were in that room already! Uf!!! So we went back to the front desk and the lady said that she made a mistake instead it was the room 223,OK!!! So we went to the new room and found out that it was undone and we notice that it was a double bed room,So we went back to the front desk one more time, and we explained to her that the room it was Not only undone but our reservation was for a single Queen bed room not a double. At that point she said she didn't have any single Queen bed room available for us! So , we decided to call Expedia Customer Service and explained what was going on. Expedia representative called the front desk lady and just in front of us sudenlly a Single Queen Bed room appeared in her sistem! So finally she gave us a room 144. After all this bad and inconvenient experience We DONT recommended this Hotel to NOBODY! By the way this room smelled really bad, it was dusty , Toilet was durty,two of the towels had blue ink all over, SO, it was NOT EVEN FAIR!
