Pros: the staff friendliness
Cons: everything else
the staff was really friendly, but the room was dirty, and smelled terrible, like someone left the carpet wet for a month in a locked room

One night stand

Was in Orlando overnight on business. Booked this because it was cheap --- and I got what I paid for! Was very disappointing.

Amazing staff!!!

Pros: Everything is very nice. Clean, comfortable and inviting.
Location: Convention Center - Sports Complex, is perfect. Central to Disney, Universal and very close to SeaWorld. On trolley and city bus lines.
While relocating to the Orlando area, we had the opportunity to stay. We had a couple of challenges get a reservation but the front desk staff, Lana & Camille, we amazing. They kept checking the room availability and they contacted me once the room did come available. Because I wasn't at the property when they contact me, they were still willing to work with me. They were more than accommodating, they were courteous, thoughtful and very very helpful. I can not say enough good things about these two ladies.

Nice hotel close to everything.

Everything was great . Only bad part was that the shower curtain smelled really bad.

very bad experience.

worst customer service I've ever had at a hotel. the night shift employee at the front desk was horrible. gave me a room that smelled of urine and wasn't even cleaned by housekeeping. and didn't even apologize for it. just gave me another room. as if nothing ever happened. unbelievable!!

The worse expirence ever!

Location: Location is not bad, 10 to 15 minutes to most of the parks,
We did our reservation a month in advance using Expedia.com for a single Queen Bed room from November 12-14 . When we get to the hotel at 4:00pm for the check in, the lady at the Front Desk gave us the room 233. When we opened the door," SURPRISE"other guesses were in that room already! Uf!!! So we went back to the front desk and the lady said that she made a mistake instead it was the room 223,OK!!! So we went to the new room and found out that it was undone and we notice that it was a double bed room,So we went back to the front desk one more time, and we explained to her that the room it was Not only undone but our reservation was for a single Queen bed room not a double. At that point she said she didn't have any single Queen bed room available for us! So , we decided to call Expedia Customer Service and explained what was going on. Expedia representative called the front desk lady and just in front of us sudenlly a Single Queen Bed room appeared in her sistem! So finally she gave us a room 144. After all this bad and inconvenient experience We DONT recommended this Hotel to NOBODY! By the way this room smelled really bad, it was dusty , Toilet was durty,two of the towels had blue ink all over, SO, it was NOT EVEN FAIR!

Old hotel, dirty sheets, smelly beds.

Check in is at 3. I had reservations, but they didn't have a clean room ready until 3:30. We book two rooms weeks in advance, but they oversold the room to people who just walked in earlier that day, so they had to send us to a room inthe neighboring hotel. There was only one house keeper to clean all the rooms so he did a hasty job. The bed was smelly, the blanket was spotty and dirty. They had no other room so we had to deal with the uncomfortable stay.

Pros: Mostly self-service. Front desk was very accommodating, especially Michael.
Cons: It was pretty beat up and rugs needed cleaning or replacing.
Location: Super location to highway, convention center and outlet malls. Very quiet!!!!
