Great stay

Room was very clean especially for being a pet friendly place. Bed was very comfortable. Had no complaints. Check out time very reasonable. Staff was helpful.The breakfast was fresh for example the Cinnamon rolls .Wish we could have stay longer since we stay for night and would recommend this place since it was tough searching for a pet friendly hotel with a reasonable non refundable pet deposit $ 25. As opposed to other hotels which cost about $100-150 .

Room and Kitchen not stocked!

Pros: clean
When you check in you need to ask for ANY cooking supplies. Also, we checked in for 5 people and paid extra fee but room had 2 towels.... Overall room was good and clean. Transport to Disney was 2 trips early then 2 trip returning later...did not work for us....and too far to walk to Disney Springs.

They’ll give your room away

I booked this room for my four minor kids who are visiting their adult sister. I called the hotel after booking (around 2pm) and put my adult daughters name on the reservation. I told the front desk staff that the kids flight was being delayed and they wouldn’t be able to check-in until after midnight. I explained that I booked this room for them since they had a five hour drive home to Georgia ans I didn’t want them on the road at that time of night (two of the kids are 5 and 7yo). The staff members assured me she made note on the reservation and that they would not give the room away. She told me she would “make sure” my babies “had a room when they arrived”. My booking was confirmed and my money had already been taken out of my account. When my kids arrived at 12:45am, they were told their room was given away and since it was booked through Expedia there was nothing the hotel could do about it. They were told to “go call Expedia” and they would be the ones to rebook them somewhere else. My kids called me (in Oklahoma) upset and scared. I called Expedia. Expedia tried to call the hotel but no one at the front desk would answer the phone. I called my oldest on another phone (mine was on hold with Expedia). She said the front desk person went to the back and wouldn’t come out and that the phone was just ringing off the hook. Expedia never found them a room. My kids slept in their sisters car until daylight when they left for the drive to Georgia.

DO NOT STAY HERE

Pros: It was near the Disney parks.
Cons: all of the above noted experience.
The hotel staff were very polite and welcoming but, that was about it. We were told that a continental breakfast would be provided. This "continental" breakfast included waffles, cereal, bread, more bread, bread, and some yogurt. We had 5 guests in total which meant one of us had to sleep on the pull out couch which we knew we had to do. Unfortunately the pull out couch had mold stains on it making it impossible to sleep on. The curtains had some sort of stain on them. We notified the hotel in advance that 5 people would be staying in one room. They graciously provided one 1 ounce container of liquid shampoo/conditioner, one bar of bath soap, one bar of facial soap, and 4 towels. Upon arrival, a staff member told us that staff were to change the sheets and "clean" two of the seven days we were there. The second "clean day" left our room with two full bags of trash we had clearly left out near the door for them. Sad to say, we will not be staying at an Extended Day America again.

The service for clean the room its additional to the rate. The breakfast is very poor and milk wasn´t available

No smoke detector in room wire just hanging, but it was clean and convienant to all resorts, good price as well

Nice but a few issues.

Have stayed here in the past. Nice location but issues with maintenance. I complained the dish washer was out on day 3 and still wasn’t fixed by checkout 6 days later. Cleaning items weren’t restocked and the room wasn’t vacuumed all week.

Great for families

Location: Close to Disney
Brought my daughter and granddaughters for the weekend and was very happy with the room. Comfy, plenty of room for the 5 of us. Had a small kitchen which helped keep costs down on food. Will definitely go again.
