Pros: Convienance and Price
No smoke detector in room wire just hanging, but it was clean and convienant to all resorts, good price as well

The staff was very friendly .the room was nice and clean.breakfast was good.. I would book this place again. It was worth the money

Nice but a few issues.

Have stayed here in the past. Nice location but issues with maintenance. I complained the dish washer was out on day 3 and still wasn’t fixed by checkout 6 days later. Cleaning items weren’t restocked and the room wasn’t vacuumed all week.

Great for families

Location: Close to Disney
Brought my daughter and granddaughters for the weekend and was very happy with the room. Comfy, plenty of room for the 5 of us. Had a small kitchen which helped keep costs down on food. Will definitely go again.

Smokey & Noisy Hotel

1st room reeked of cigarette smoke. Checked into another room & it reeked of cigarette smoke. The walls, carpet, towels, and shower curtain all smelled like smoke. My reservation was for a non smoking room. Very disappointed and the hallway was noisy, even at 2am. Will not be staying at this hotel again.

complimentary breakfast was horrible. just prepackaged bakery. they need to drastically improve it to keep up with other hotels

Location was great but not the most comfortable

When we entered, the hotel room had a broken drawer just sitting on the floor. The bathroom door didn't open all the way because they decided to put a rounded shower rod that prevented full motion. The dishwasher did not clean the dishes very well. The second floor elevator area had a rag by the trash can for days to prevent a leaking garbage can. The trash room was full of garbage that hasn't been picked up for days and the door was not closed securely. The good: a free simple breakfast, nothing amazing. Cable TV for the kids. I'm sure there were more positive things but I cannot remember them now.

Found blood in the bed...

Went to Orlandonto celebrate my daughters birthday and stayed one night (9/23). I woke up Sunday morning to find blood in the bed (of course it wasn't mind). Called downstairs and the Asst. Manager sent up housekeeping to confirm the blood (and she agreed). He decided to refund my money and as of today 10/5 he never did. I have been calling all week and the front desk staff have tried to start the processs that the Asst. Manager never did and charged me again. Want makes me annoyed is that I never once got a call back from any of management to take ownership and explain what was going on. So my account is now missing 224 bucks and now I wait again. Here is a hint to management if you like the title of manager or GM then take the role and do your job. Your front desk staff gets kudos for trying.....you guys get none. So to your future guest....good luck and hope you don't find a wonderful bio hazard in your bed.
