Dirty

Could believe the amount of grime and garbage on the lobby and surrounding floors. Front desk staff had minimal customer service skills. I Do not recommend this hotel.

Convenient to Disney

Rock hard bed, air didn't cool down room when it was only in the 80's outside. But close to what we were seeing.

Horrible Hotel

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Everything
In two days I only saw one staff member. Lobby was always empty. Housekeeping only once a week. Rooms were dirty. 'Continental Breakfast' was toast and stale cereal. Don't go there.

Nice hotel with adequate facilities

Pros: Quite close to disneyworld parks, provide adequate kitchen facilities
Cons: provide a limited housekeeping service at least for changing towels or vacuum the carpet (examples), could add more food choices for breakfast
Location: OK
Based on my friend's recommendation, I decided to stay at this hotel for a few days. This limited-service hotel is suitable for those who want to go to disneyworld (especially for family) because the rate is affordable, they provide adequate kitchen amenities and tools. The room is also convenient for us. If we want to go to disneyworld one more time, definitely we will stay at this hotel again.

Terrible

Pros: Location
Cons: The rooms should be checked by a housekeeping supervisor or detailed by housekeeping to make sure everything is working.
Location: The parks are near by there was also places to eat
When I arrived to the hotel there was no one at the desk and it was 430pm. I seeked someone out to check us in as there was a line forming. When we got to the room the toilet did not flush and it was freezing cold. I called the desk and reported it. On my way out I asked if someone would be fixing it and telling them that the heat was not working. When I came back I asked for plates to eat on and when I got upstairs the bottom one still had food on it from previous use. The toilet was fixed but the heat was not. The shower was then filling up to my calves. I called and reported that as well. Maria took care of us. The next day the air unit was replaced but then had no AC. The tub was still clogged and there was mold in the bathroom sink. The size of the room was good and would have been better if the drain was working and the temperature was good for sleeping.

Nice hotel close to WaltDisney attraction & others

Pros: Pleased with it, since it was well located
Cons: Maybe more options for snacks out of breakfast hour
Location: within easy reach to the Themed Parks we visited & to airport
Good experience - basic hotel but good enough for a short while

Just two complains, the shower wasn't working properly (room 301) and there is no cleaning for the room until you leave your whole stay. In general, I really enjoy the room. The hotel was clean. The staff was friendly and it was a very calm place. I would stay here again.

Tiny bathroom, breakfast eh, bed r doubles, not Qu

Bathroom is right next to the beds so if anyone needs to turn a light on to wash hands or use bathroom, it shines across the beds. You can hear people going to the bathroom. To get into bathroom and close the door, you have to squeeze in between the toilet and the tub. Very tiny! Breakfast was very boring compared to other hotels. No fruit, OJ tasted like HI-C juice/syrup, and coffee didn't even taste that good. You had to choose from frozen waffles, bagels or toast for the most part. Tables were covered in syrup each day we tried to eat. The beds in the rooms are also only doubles, not queens like advertised. The pillows felt like feather pillows and not comfortable. Spend a few dollars more and use another hotel down the road.
