Found blood in the bed...

Went to Orlandonto celebrate my daughters birthday and stayed one night (9/23). I woke up Sunday morning to find blood in the bed (of course it wasn't mind). Called downstairs and the Asst. Manager sent up housekeeping to confirm the blood (and she agreed). He decided to refund my money and as of today 10/5 he never did. I have been calling all week and the front desk staff have tried to start the processs that the Asst. Manager never did and charged me again. Want makes me annoyed is that I never once got a call back from any of management to take ownership and explain what was going on. So my account is now missing 224 bucks and now I wait again. Here is a hint to management if you like the title of manager or GM then take the role and do your job. Your front desk staff gets kudos for trying.....you guys get none. So to your future guest....good luck and hope you don't find a wonderful bio hazard in your bed.

Everything was perfect.

Hotel is located right in the middle of all the attractions. Makes it's super easy to get there and back with no hassle or long drive. Loved the fact that the it has a mini kitchen, prevented us from eating fast food everyday. Room was very clean when we arrived. We only got in the swimming pool once but kids loved that it also has a hot tub.

Good but need improvement on breakfast

Room was with enough space for my family of 5. Clean rooms. My kids loved it. The only disappointment was the breakfast. Only starch (waffle,bread,bagel and cereal) bread,bread, bread... !! No scramble eggs, fruits, bacon or sausages. Couldn't really have a decent breakfast for the kids. Had to go outside. Breakfast included was one of the.main reason I chose the hotel.

Good place for families and pet friendly.

Overall our stay was great. We went grocery shopping and loved the little kitchenette. All the amenities needed for the kitchen were provided which was also helpful. Breakfast was not very appetizing as it was cereal, loaves of bread, bagels and packets of oatmeal, VERY carb heavy and no protein. Hallways needed to be vacuumed more often. The tub/shower had lots of mold inbetween that couldn't been seen unless using the actual tub. Our toilet also wasn't attached properly and was dangerously wobbly. The beds and couch were very comfortable.

Great Place to stay especially if you have pets.

We stay here because we brought our two dogs with us on this trip and the Pet rates are very very reasonable compared to the others that accept pets. It was nicer than our expectations but was a little dated. The rooms were clean and the hotel was quiet considering it was full. No loud traffic from the outside either. We like staying at the hotels that have the kitchens in them and all of them had the basic cups, plates utensils etc, but not here. So make sure to bring your own. There are plenty of shops, stores restaurants etc nearby so it's easy to find anything you might need. The breakfast was nothing to write home about, toast, bagels, yogurt, cereals, juices, coffee, the basics but it was enough to get something in your stomach which was nice. Overall our stay was great and would stay here again should we ever have to bring our dogs with us. The staff was nice and the rooms and the hotel were clean, what more do you really need?

Toilet was clogged when we got to the room. At 2am found out it was clogged went to desk for a plunger and they couldn't find one
