This place comes off a little sketchy and wreaks of cigarette smoke. They also charge a $100 damage deposit, which I was told was just a temporary hold. It wasn’t, it was charged to my card and now I have to wait a week for the refund to go through. I never could find the breakfast which was not a true breakfast. If you can it’s worth staying somewhere else!

Staff were okay. Elevator stopped working on the second day. Had to check out with belongings without elevator to assist. Cell phone reception not good in the hotel for some reason.

The entire hall leading to the room smelled like dog urine and crap. Entered the room, and it smelled just as bad. Pieces of dog food on the floor. Bed looked like a taco shell. We didn't stay. Luckily they refunded us. This hotel has gone downhill.

I reserved a king size bed suite non-smoking. When I got to the 3rd floor, hallway was stuffy, smoking smell in the air. The room smelled like smoke and cleaning supplies at the same time. My partner and I didn’t even want to shower because of the bathroom conditions. We actually arrived after 10pm and left after 5am because my partner and I could not sleep due to our throats suddenly started hurting and my partner had a fever.

The rooms have an old smell to them and definitely would benefit from some renovations. Some of the lights in my room were out so it was pretty dim. The first floor I was on smelled like feces. I’m not sure if it was from the dogs or just the normal smell. The room was pretty uncomfortable but I only had to stay a day so I made due. I’ve been here before and each time the staff would come to my room before checkout at 11am knock once then try to enter. I don’t care if it was free, I would never stay again. A lot of people seem to live there full time and at night people leave rocks in the side doors to keep them open.

this was the dirtyest hotel i've ever stayed in even after telling front desk there was hockers and spillage in the elevator for 2 days. never been to a hotel where you have to turn in your dirty towel to get a clean one.
