Okay stay...

Good customer service, though waited a bit for staff at front desk. Family of desk attendant was in the lobby visiting, bit weird. Bed was not as comfortable as some and the room lacked a hair dryer. Parking is safe and free.

Since our suites are designed for guests staying multiple nights desiring home-like living, these guests often bring their own bath amenities such as hairdryers and toiletries. Decent hotel on a budget.

Decent hotel on a budget, clean & quiet. 20 minutes to Sanford airport & free coffee in the morning. Wouldn't be my preference to stay there again because my room smelled like Thanksgiving stuffing but I would if I needed to.

Close to eating, shopping and work

Cons: Clean and/or change the filters in the AC units. The unit outputs an awkward smell, I tried to clean the screens, they were filthy.
Was out for training in Sanford. Hotel was conveniently located to everything I needed away from home.

Shabby

Shabby carpet, shabby shower and shabby blankets made it a bad choice for a quick stay before our flight out.

How about a dirty room?

Pros: Location was fine, weather was fine, otherwise nothing, nothing
Cons: Despite guaranteed reservation when I arrived for check in there was a problem in getting a room. After 15 minutes of muttering the clerk stated that the only room available hadn't been cleaned! Since she was the only staff present she said she would clean it but only when she could get away from the front desk. Once again I asked about other rooms and she admitted there were some but they were being held for reservations that had yet to arrive. I again showed her my confirmed reservation but she couldn't grasp the idea that I was entitled to anything but the dirty room. Needless to say I went and found another hotel which cost me 50% more than this one. Never again!

Disappointing.

Pros: Close to my destination. Easy to find. Easy to book on Expedia.
Cons: The room smelled. Expedia pricing was more than hotels regular rates. The continental breakfast was very disappointing.

This is a good place to stay, save money, and still feel like you got a value. The property has all the essential things one needs for an enjoyable stay.
