We did not like anything. Hair on the bath towel when we went to use it. Sugar ants all over the bathroom counter. The plastic light fixture over the florescent blubs fell off...almost on my head. One of the light switches was not working. Bed was uncomfortable. No one was at check in for 10 minutes. The whole place was dirty..fingerprints all over inside the evevator and trash. Hallway rugs had stains. We felt like we had to disinfect our whole body when we returned home.

The lobby was very dirty . Something unusual happened to me the front desk guy took a picture of my Driver License front and back first hotel they do this. This place look like a Shelter . I will never back to this place again.

Hotel smelled throughout and things were sticky; breakfast is just coffee and muffins/granola bars, and they were out of coffee. Room fridge was very loud, making it difficult to sleep, bathroom faucet dripped all night, people loitering outside at night and in the morning appeared to be on something; pills spilled outside front door on the ground were on the afternoon of check-in were still there the next morning. Bed was comfortable and appeared clean; although room smelled, it appeared clean as well.

There was a front desk clerk(Janeen) that went above and beyond, I reserved through a third party and she manage to make the reservation go through. She definitely fulfilled her position, she's the epitome of customers service...a lot of people these days think they have to work for a customer service call center to give such care...thank you always Janeen!

The hotel is terrible! For $388 a night, it’s a total rip off. The hotel is old and dirty. The room smelled like body odor and was very musty. I didn’t feel comfortable there at all and am actually planning to contact the hotel company.

The first thing we smelled was pot in the elevator and it was filthy. Then our hallway smelled like pee. When we got into our room it was so nasty. The furniture was old and dilapidated. The refrigerator was all rusty and the counters were falling apart. There were no plugs next to our beds and the only plugs we had were in the kitchen and bathroom. The bathtub was nasty, too. I looked around and saw cockroaches and that did it for me! We ran out of there as fast as we could. I can't sleep where bugs live.

When we arrived at 4:00 pm to check in there was no one at the front desk but we heard them talking in the back room, despite knocking repeatedly on the desk we did not get a response we finally called the hotel in hopes of getting some help this finally got their attention and the gentleman (Max) explained that he had bad hearing and did not hear us. Well we finally got checked in and went to our suite only to find a room in poor condition with a very musty smell and the refrigerator being very dirty or rusty and also the dresser in poor condition with a drawer being not even in the dresser. We also found dirt in the transition between the room and the kitchen. The carpet is stained and needs replaced. The stove had mismatched knobs and upon looking I discovered the correct knob was (and probably still is) between the cabinet and the refrigerator. I had to pull the dresser away from the wall to access the outlet behind it and discovered a hanger with a couple of knives behind it. The mattress is worn and lumpy. This is about the worst hotel we have stayed in.

Don’t waste your money. Booked a King size bed, they put us in a queen. Sheets looked as if someone already slept in them, bed was hard as brick. Doesn’t matter if you want a nonsmoking room, the entire hotel smells like smoke. Asked to switch rooms for the king, staff seemed annoyed. Not a good area.
