Questionable Business Practices

The management of this hotel appears to double-book their rooms. We had a confirmed reservation, guaranteed for late arrival, and prepaid our stay. When we arrived, we were told that,confirmed and prepaid reservation or not, they decided to rent out our room to someone else. There were other people in the lobby that shared the same experience. On top of that, they attempted to keep part of the money we prepaid. Nice try. Before booking, you may want to consider what to do when getting stranded in Orlando without a hotel......your confirmed reservation is not worth the paper printed on at this hotel.
