Room booked with 2 beds not available at check-in

Pros: Staff was friendly.
Cons: Do not advertise available rooms if they are sold out.
Location: Airport was close by.
We booked a suite with 2 beds because there were 3 of us. When we arrived we were told that rooms with two beds were sold out but we could be "upgraded" to an executive suite with a king bed and a pullout couch. The couch was so uncomfortable that all 3 of us ended up sharing the king bed.

Good location

My experience was good in terms of room. However the breakfast is a joke, don't think it is a continental breakfast. It is nothing more than coffee, orange, moffins and that's it. Also recollection of garbages happens during rush hours, I mean, during the morning . If you have no more option stay there. You can find something better for the same price.

Good accommodation but the kitchen set up should remain in the room without requesting it.

This is not hotel

The room was dirty They only clean it once a week we stayed there 5 days so no cleaning was done. Horrible experience. This is not hotel !!! It might be convenient for people looking to stay for month or more

Sketchy at Best

Pros: Price
Cons: Breakfast was the weakest I have ever seen in this type of hotel. Poor choices, very cheap in quality and options. Offer more options.
Location: It was fine
Staff had problems understand English as their second language. The toilet did not work, no water in the tank and the flow valve did not work. They put me in another room which was fine. My second night, a business associate checked into the same hotel, they put him in my first room and it (toilet) had not been fixed even after I had reported it.

The concrete in our room floor was broken

The flooring was bad through the carpet I was cut on my foot the room had a strong odor

Questionable Business Practices

Cons: Honor guaranteed and prepaid reservations. Anything else is a breach of contract and unethical.
The management of this hotel appears to double-book their rooms. We had a confirmed reservation, guaranteed for late arrival, and prepaid our stay. When we arrived, we were told that,confirmed and prepaid reservation or not, they decided to rent out our room to someone else. There were other people in the lobby that shared the same experience. On top of that, they attempted to keep part of the money we prepaid. Nice try. Before booking, you may want to consider what to do when getting stranded in Orlando without a hotel......your confirmed reservation is not worth the paper printed on at this hotel.

Staff seemed great, was in great proximity to the convention center. Only thing I wasn't really keen on was that they never cleaned my room. I was there for three nights, they never brought clean towels or made my bed... Other than that the room I stayed in was newly renovated and very comfortable!

Dirty, had BUGS.

Do not stay at this place. It is dirty and had bugs . I stayed two nights, the room was just as I left on the first night.

Decent hotel close to Disney and Universal

Pros: Proximity to Disney and Universal
Cons: The comfort of the bed and pillows.
Location: Premium outlets, Disney World, Universal Studios, Walmart
We chose the hotel for it's proximity to Disney and Universal Studios. We also wanted a place with amenities such as a kitchen. Unfortunately the unit does not come fully supplied with all kitchen items. We had to request said items from the front desk. We did so twice before we received them but by that time we had gone and purchased the items we needed. We also found the bed and pillows to be quite uncomfortable. Overall we enjoyed our stay and the hotel worked well for our situation.
