Breakfast

Booking says the continental breakfast included but after check in we came to know that instead of continental, it was just grab and go breakfast.

It was close to what I came in town for and it wasn't a busy area or hard to find. I wish they would cleaned the room everyday and one of the room keys didn't work for the side door so we had to walk to the front door late at night

Never again

Housekeeping would knock on everyone's doors starting at 7:30 am. Between people coming in late, barking dogs, uncomfortable beds, and noisy appliances going on and off I barely slept at all. I'm exhausted.

No ice bucket and no ice

There were no ice machines. The a/c worked some what. But it never got cold.

Pros: Price
Cons: Nothing
Location: I had a delicious sushi dinner walking distance away (just across the highway).
Super clean room, comfy bed and nice kitchen set up (I didn't use it, as I stayed only one night).

WE found refuge during Hurricane Matthew. We required decent quarters with pet friendly lodging. The accomodations were beyond our expectations. Found the staff at the front desk to be extremely friendly and accomodating. We will be back in the future.

Halloween Horror Nights one night stand

Pros: Location was not too bad, nothing too fancy but not a motel or Hilton.
Cons: Front desk person available at all times, or at least during normal business hours. Phones in the room have a directory for front desk, housekeeping e
Location: Close to the highway and International drive which has every food choice, gift shop and things to do.
Needed a hotel in the Orlando area close enough to Universal studios for Halloween Horror Nights. Just needed an overnight hotel.

OVER CHARGE MY BANK ACCOUNT

Pros: Nothing!!!
This hotel charged my bank account 3 times for one night stay, leaving my bank account without money, my husband cut his finger with the door of the hotel entrance that was missing part of the handle in both doors. I also made a reservation for my cousin for a free smoking room, and they gave him a room with cigarette smell. I will ever stay at this hotel again.
