was very comfortable

Pros: Close to by where I needed to be and the refrigerator.
Cons: A more comfortable chair for watching tv.
was not in Orlando for long, but this hotel provided convenience, comfort and good coffee.

Great hotel, very peaceful

Enjoy my stay clean quiet and very comfortable. Room had área to cook and everything. Staff very nice and helpful. Would go back again.

Its just what it's needed

It's a good hotel, comfortable rooms. Just make sure there's no Harley's motorbike guest in the hotel because of the noise at any time.

Didn't feel safe. During the evening many car windows were broken in the parking lot. The hotel was clean but run down. Would not stay there again or recommend it to anybody

Disappointing experience

Location: It's close to many fast food restaurants and Walmart.
The room is clean, but very noisy. Sleeping on bed is uncomfortable and cold, and shampoo hurts my hair a lot. Staff are not friendly. As a hotel close to Universal Studio and Disney, they don't provide shuttle bus to the attractions.

Good Hotel for business travelers.

Pros: The location was across from a Wal-Mart plaza.
Cons: The hallways were too noisy.
Location: Shopping was across the street.It was 5 miles from the convention center and International Drive.
I was greeted right away.Check in was quick.My room was clean and quiet.I like that it had a kitchenette because I like not to have to eat out all the time.The hotel provided coffee and muffins as a grab and go breakfast.

Worst Hotel

The worst hotel ever. Customer Service horrible. Air conditioner did not work. Charge extra to have them do the beds in the morning. Guests must bring dirty towels to front desk in the morning to have clean ones they will not change them.

I stayed for six nights and the first night the noise was too loud on the first floor in front of the lobby and there were a ton of ants coming out of the sinks in the room. The second room I was offered had a horrible smell that would not go away it and there were a roach inside of the bathtub. The keys deactivate easily and there is no available staff after a certain time so you have to call someone for assistance. My room was not cleaned once in the 6 days I was there even though I requested for cleaning service twice during that time.

Good location but not good staff.

Cons: You need to change your office staff and improve your customer service skills.
I reserved a suite and I didn't the staff. I needed blankets and I had to wait for 1 1/2 hr to get them . I asked for utensils and I was told by one staff that they didn't have any. Yet I asked someone else and I was told that they do have. I just had to request it. Also, the A/C wasn't working good. I couldn't sleep that night because the people next door where making a lot of noise. The office staff had an attitude and not helpful.
