Disappointed

I waited almost 20 minutes for someone to come to the front desk to check me in and the lobby tracked of smoke. The carpet seemed unclean.

Toilet wouldn't flush no room service all around dirty loud wouldn't go back

Amazing

I was amazed on how comfortable my stay was. I had all the amenities available, to where I did not have to leave the room. I'm constantly going to Orlando and this was my first time staying at Extended Stays America, and I can honestly say it will definitely not be my last, am looking forward to my next visit...

First room they gave me had carpet smell and they changed the room close by universal studio, can still be clean and odor free

Not a value

Pros: was moderately prices, and from the review thought it would be a good value.
Cons: needs update
Location: Close to Universal
No dishes in the kitchenette, must ask for it front desk. Must pay additional for housekeeping. These are not things that are shared upfront when booking. The hotel is clean--but not nicely cleaned, and room has a mildew smell. At time of our stay, the staff was not very friendly.

what you would expect

Pros: It was what I would expect it to be for the price.
Cons: RUDE staff at the building next door. Something needs to be done about it. I almost took my money elsewhere. This building had very friendly staff
what you would expect for the price, not a super comfortable place to stay. but I would stay again. pretty clean. musty smelling. we accidentally went to the wrong extended stay and were met with a VERY rude greeting and were told we would have to wait, there are two extended stays right next to each other and we went to the wrong one. No one told us until they changed staff and the lady was nice enough to tell us we went in the wrong building. When we got to the correct building everything was as I would expect it to be. friendly staff. this one in particular was nice to stay at. I gave the disappointing staff review because of our run in with the extended stay next door. I would not mind to stay here again.

It was fine...

The room was fine for what it was. It was $80.00/ night so our expectations weren't super high to begin with. This is obviously a hotel with long term rentals which is fine, however, we had to move rooms because our neighbors were smoking so much marijuana that the smell was leaking into our room. We contacted Amanda (I think that was her name) at the front desk and she was SUPER helpful. She gladly moved us to another room and said they would take care of the problem. Well...the new room had the same problem but we didn't complain this time because we felt bad for the very nice lady at the desk. Overall, the service was wonderful, however, I would avoid this hotel in the future.
