Toilet wouldn't flush no room service all around dirty loud wouldn't go back

what you would expect

Pros: It was what I would expect it to be for the price.
Cons: RUDE staff at the building next door. Something needs to be done about it. I almost took my money elsewhere. This building had very friendly staff
what you would expect for the price, not a super comfortable place to stay. but I would stay again. pretty clean. musty smelling. we accidentally went to the wrong extended stay and were met with a VERY rude greeting and were told we would have to wait, there are two extended stays right next to each other and we went to the wrong one. No one told us until they changed staff and the lady was nice enough to tell us we went in the wrong building. When we got to the correct building everything was as I would expect it to be. friendly staff. this one in particular was nice to stay at. I gave the disappointing staff review because of our run in with the extended stay next door. I would not mind to stay here again.

Better hotels in area for similar price

No pool which compared to other similar quality/priced hotels in the Orlando area is inexcusable. No napkins, forks or knifes for a breakfast offering that was nothing more than toast and bagels. Toilet overflowed twice after light flushing, thankfully we were able to clear it with just cups of water from the sink. Will never stay here again.

Good Location...

Check-in was hampered by lack of staff. Facility appears to have been recently remodeled. Unfortunately, it appeared that low bid won again. Facility staff did a good job of cleaning the room. Bed was comfortable. Check-out didn't happen due to lack of front desk staff around 8 AM.

Won't stay again.

Old and dated. Cigarette butts all over parking lot by sidewalk to lobby. Had to wait at desk for a worker at check in and check out. I did not expect first class accommodations, but this was not a value for the area, and I won't stay again.

They checked us in to a dirty room then moved us into a room with two small beds instead of one big bed

Close to Universal

There is another hotel of the same kind on the same road so make sure you go to the right one. The hotel is located close to Universal, so it's nice for that reason. It's also nice that there is a full size refrigerator and microwave, but you have to ask for any sort of dishes or silverware. The breakfast consists of orange juice, apple juice, toast, muffins, and granola bars so don't go in expecting a full breakfast. They do state that in the description that it's an "on the go breakfast" and that is indeed the case. Overall a standard hotel, with the exception of a strange almost wet smell. It is possible that they had just done the carpets, I can just tell you the smell was there as long as I was. Also in my opinion the pillows were terrible, hard and unfluffable but that could be personal preference. Overall not terribly bad, but not exceptionally good.

This hotel was not what I expected. The hotel is very outdated with amenities. The room was not serviced unless we asked, and had to pay a fee. A truck broke down in the parking lot and woke us in the morning from trying to start it up. The hotel is extremely close to the amusement parks, places to eat, and highways. For us to get new towels we had to bring our old towels down in exchange for the new ones. The staff did not come to your room for that. They basically just chilled at the front desk talking and laughing. I would not recommend this hotel for a relaxation trip.
