We’re sorry you were unhappy, we reviewed our log at the front desk and your account and see that you had issue with Expedia not modifying your reservation correctly. This is obviously not the hotel's fault but Expedia. We wish you well, safe travels.

Todo perfecto, lo recomiendo en lo absoluto.
La pasé de maravillas en este Hotel todos fueron muy atentos y estaban siempre pendientes en ayudarnos y en hacernos pasar una estancia inolvidable. El Check in lo hicimos con Vannesa y por las tardes nos ayudó Sebastián. Chicos super amables y cercanos, siempre disponibles para ayudarnos. Quiero agradecer a Debis y a Yineth, ellas estaban en el área del comedor y mis hijas les dieron muuuucho trabajo porque eran bebés y al comer ensuciaban mucho. Ellas nos decían que no nos preocupemos y siempre se encargaron de dejar todo impoluto. En general todos nos ayudaron muchísimo. Yo necesitaba una caja pequeña y un chico del hotel muy amablemente me la llevó a la habitación. El Check Out lo hicimos varias horas después, avisamos en la mañana y nos dijeron que no habría inconveniente. Cada día limpian la habitación y la dejan perfecta y eso ayuda mucho, porque por lo general llegas muy cansado de los parques. Sin duda me volveré a quedar aquí. Vale la pena mil. Pude realizar compras por internet y ellos muy amablemente me entregaron los pedidos.

La verdad que es ideal para ir a Disney. Limpieza cada día de la habitación. Desayuno poco variado pero suficiente. Servicio de transporte a Disney gratuito, pero los horarios no son buenos (pero en todos los hoteles es igual) . Parking en el hotel. Camas cómodas y buen wifi. La ducha puede que sea algo mejorable. Bajo mi punto de vista es muy buena opción calidad precio, y la hubicacion es ideal.

Puedes recibir tus conpras online sin cargo adicionales. Definitivamente volvería a este hotel.

We’re sorry you were unhappy, we reviewed our log at the front desk and your account and see no mention of any issues being brought to our attention. We expect our Front Desk Agents to resolve any issues or concerns that are brought to their attention by our guest as they are empowered to do so, we woud have moved you to a different room. In addition, we just replaced our airconditioners few weeks ago. However, we will have maintenance and housekeeping check out the concerns you mentioned in the room and we will inform ownership about your comments of the room being outdated as we are always seeking ways to improve our product and hotel.
